Oceanfront Escape on Wilbur Beach!

This house exceeded my expectations from the views to the pretty much private beach. And i have never had a host keep in touch like amy has. This will be my family's permanent vacation home!

This house has by far exceeded our expectations! The beach access, hot tub, the house so wonderful.

Grill available, but not in working order.host told us she would get us a functioning grill before we left. That never happened.coffee filters were too small for the coffee pot so every time you brewed coffee, the pot would be full of grounds. I had to buy new coffee filters and do extensive cleaning.blender was disgusting. I refused to clean it. I had to wash every single glass/dish in that house before we were able to use them as they were all put back in the cabinets dirty.The master bed had no comforter on it. The host told us that was because the house was in Florida and too hot for a comforter. This makes no sense since every other bed has a comforter. There was no patio umbrella even though the description says there is one. We had to buy our own.The kitchen faucet was broken.There were spiders and roaches in the home.When we tried to use the oven, there was food stuck to the broiler causing the house to fill up w/smoke.The lights in the fridge don’t work. The dishwasher wasn’t secured properly so every time you pulled the drawer out, the dishwasher would lean forward. If there were dishes in the bottom drawer, the drawer would roll out of the dishwasher. The blinds on the back door are broken. Could not open or close them.The ceiling fans in the living room and second bedroom upstairs didn’t work.One of the cabinet doors in master bathroom wouldn’t stay closed.Outdoor shower head was missing.The only good thing about this place was the location & size.

Beautiful beach view and nice to be so close to the beach. The kitchen could use some insulated cups for sipping cocktails on the deck. An umbrella for the deck would also be a big improvement. All of the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Host was great!House needs TLC for the cost!Furniture very used, towels and bedding didn’t seem fresh. Location is great, views are beautiful!

Being a Floridian returning to Florida for a trip I knew exactly what I was looking for in a rental.

The view of the ocean was amazing. The sound of the sound of the ocean put me to sleep each night. The beach is right out the back door and there is not alot of traffic.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The view was beautiful. Enjoyed watching a rocket launch from the back deck. Check in and out was easy. The management team was very attentive.

Great experience and beautiful views. We felt right at home. Also the host was available for any questions or concerns. Definitely worth it!

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful oceanfront home. From the moment we arrived, we were taken by how stunning the house was—inside and out. The quiet beach, with very few people around, gave us the perfect setting to bond as a family, play in the water, and truly relax. We loved sitting together on the porch, sharing meals, listening to the soothing sound of the waves, and watching the moonlight dance on the ocean. Evenings brought the magic of distant lightning over the water—a view we’ll never forget. This was more than a vacation; it was precious time together, and every moment was worth it.The house was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Bring your own condiments/oil/sauces etc if you are planning to cook anything.There are grocery stores like Publix /restaurants/Gas stations within 5-7 minutes drive from the place . Evolve team is not as good as replying to questions so reach out to the owner who is very helpful in resolving issues if any.

Catfished by the pictures. The house is rundown and possibly infested. There were ants in the kitchen and master bathroom, roach traps in the dining room and multiple bedrooms, and lizards living in the master bathroom. Pictures on the listing are outdated. Carpets and couch are stained. Grill out front wouldn’t light, but even if it did it was so gross not sure I would cook on it. There was even a bird living in the fireplace?Left here after Day 1 for a home 5 min away for the SAME price, had a great time there and it was clean. This listing is 100% NOT worth the price tag on it.

The best part, the house is just far enough from the hotels, that the beach wasn't crowded at all! We had an amazing time and will definitely visit again. Our stay was amazing!!! The house was beautiful! The front area could use some landscaping but who cares? We were there for the beach! And it was literally steps away!!! The house was just like the pictures! And the views were so amazing! I can’t say enough about it!! My husband is NOT a beach person AT ALL ( he went only to see our grandkids lol) and he wants to book this house every year for our family vacation now! The only VERY minor issue we had was the upstairs sliding door latch thing came off— it absolutely didn’t stop door from working just from locking and it was upstairs so we were not concerned-we called host and he said someone would come the next day but we never saw anyone.Again this was minor and we did not feel unsafe or anything. We love this place and I have told everyone about it! Several friends have asked about it to!!

Beautiful home! Would highly recommend

We were after a place on the beach with a sauna and hot tub. This place had all that. Everything worked great. Close enough to shopping but just far enough away that it felt private. We had a great time at this property.

Highly recommend. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful home ,right on the beach, with lots of windows facing the ocean. I would rent this place again in a minute!!

Clean well kept property

The property was beautiful and the location terrific other than some other homes in the area still rebuilding from last years hurricane. The beach was quiet and no driving in the area. Beautiful decks and sunrises. I have visited Daytona Beach my whole life and have family in the area. The property was a welcome relief from staying with relatives and the owner was very communicative.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay and let us tell you that this beach home was incredible!!! The view to the Ocean is the first thing your senses are hit with as soon as you arrive!! The Home was clean and beautiful and featured everything we would need for our 7 day trip!! The jacuzzi was such a great surprise as well as the NEW HUGE big screen TV in the front room!!! The Master bedroom upstairs features all glass with the view facing the ocean!! The sliding glass doors on our balcony allowed us to enjoy every moment of the ocean plus sunsets and sunrises. We were surrounded in paradise and can’t think of a better experience for an anniversary!! Look no further because the best place in Daytona beach is here!! We WILL be back!!! Loved being able to walk off the deck into the sand. Keep in mind that this house is right next to a public access if privacy is important to you. House is a bit dated but still nice. The deck was amazing! Had to contact owner about door lock not working but she was super nice and got it fixed asap for us.
