Oceanfront Duplex in Prime Location!

This was our second time staying and each time it just feels more like coming home away from home.

The duplex setup was not ideal for our family of eight, but the location was pretty cool and lots of stuff was walkable. The owner had many signs and guidelines posted all over the house. It was too much for our taste and it felt like a threat looming over us if we did not obey every single rule that was declared. Wash your hands, close the door, don't have too many people on the back deck, don't turn on deck lights after dark, don't touch the fan, don't open the washing machine mid-cycle, be sure to leave on time and on and on.

I rented this place for my two sons and their families. They said it was very clean and comfortable and was well provisioned from the kitchen to the beach chairs. I needed to communicate with the host on a couple of minor things and he responded quickly. We had a great seat to watch the Artemis Moon Launch! I would rent here again without hesitation.

This duplex was has the perfect location! Steps away from the ocean and right across the street from the beachcomber restaurant. We ate lunch there every day! The home was impeccable clean and organized. Beds were very comfortable. The shower had the best water pressure i have ever experienced. I'm already thinking about when I can return to this beautiful home.

Simply amazing and unforgettable, unobstructed view of the beach, beautifully decorated and adorned. The place was right next to The Beachcomber, and the vehicle beach access. It was an absolutely great place for our family vacation. It was comfortable and immaculately clean . HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

This was a perfect place for our family vacation! The property was clean, well maintained, and we had everything we needed! Close to restaurants and coffee shops and a just short walk over the sand dunes to the beach!

This was the first time we have ever done a VRBO vacation, and all I can say was our Thanksgiving Holiday with our son who lives in St. Augustine was perfect. The rental was cozy, clean and just felt really homey to all of us. The amenities and the close proximity to restaurants and shopping was perfect for all of our needs. Looking forward to doing it again.

The place was really nice and clean. It had a felt like home feel to it. The pictures were accurate. What you see it what you get. The location was great. We are looking forward to booking it again

We loved this property! It is right in the heart of SAB, but you would never know it judging by how quiet it was. Beautifully decorated, all beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor showers! We spend a lot of time on the upper deck where we had breathtaking sunrise views daily. The duplex was the perfect arrangement for us and our grown kids. A good time was had by all. The ONLY thing that wasn’t fabulous was the tight parking, but there is nothing that can be done about that. We were able to fit 4 vehicles in; however if you have a larger vehicle or truck I would recommend parking in the lot down the street. A big thank you to our host for providing a lovely vacation spot! Highly recommend!!

Good location to beach, restaurants and shops. Parking was quiet difficult to get in and out for full size vehicles enjoyed the week

Parking is terrible. Barely enough room to maneuver one full size vehicle. Advertised as 4 parking spaces…maybe for golf carts. Barely enough room to get through the adjoining house’s parking area to this unit.

The property was perfect for our family! Very close to our favorite restaurants! Right on the beach.and we were able to view fireworks from the back deck.

We enjoyed our first visit to st Augustine Check in and out was great and we loved the location

The property was clean up to date and very convenient access to the beach and most anywhere you would like to visit while at St Augustine.

Great place for a two party/family stay. Close enough to enjoy the vacation together with enough privacy for some me time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The location is fantastic. Beautiful beach views from the upper deck and you feel like you are in your own little oasis on the lower deck. The hosts were also great to work with. Would definitely return!!

Had a girls weekend here, plenty of room to spread out. We spent most of our time on the decks! House had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great location, short walk to beach. We will be back!

What a surprise to find this available last minute at an amazing price! The location was perfect…walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach!
