Oceanfront dog friendly house with deck private hot tub and stunning views

The views and house were great with the exception of a few things like the carpet really needs replaced. It smelled of urine. The sheets in the bunk room had to be cleaned before we used them. The place needs a deep clean, updates and new floors. The urine smell is over powering. The fridge stayed warm until maintenance guy told us to turn the breaker on and off again. Then it worked after our groceries spoiled.

Amazing deck and view!! Bathrooms and bedrooms could be improved on age. But you can't beat the view.

Aside from a few maintenance issues, the house was very good. It's best feature is that it is a ground-level, one story home - ideal for mobility impaired retirees. Great for dogs, great for groups, amazing views.

This location and view is great and the house set up is really nice, but we were super disappointed in the management of the home and the condition of amenities. There is a long list, but several items in the listed amenities were broken and unavailable, there was trash and debris in places, including a stack of PLATE GLASS in the back yard, broken grill, no ice (had to go get), broken decor items, screen door lying on the back porch. Thermostat locked/broken so no adjustments. PRIOR TENANT'S DOG POO IN THE BACK YARD THAT WE HAD TO CLEAN UP. The house was not ready at 4:00 PM check in time - our family had to wait 20 minutes to go in. I complained about all this and spoke with a manager at Vacasa (I think). They offered a comp which made me hopeful they would make it right. Nope. Comp was little. The result? We had fun family time, but I will NOT stay at another Vacasa property again. Ever. They could have made it right - they don't care. Don't recommend.

The view from the house was gorgeous and it is a well designed beach property for a small group. However there are a few issues we want to bring to your attention. The hot tub did not work yesterday; the toilet in small bedroom should be replaced and to flush it you had to hold on to the tank; unpleasant odor in bunk room; refrigerator water and ice dispenser didn’t work; toilet seat needs replacement in king room, some of the utensils had to be washed before using and THE SMOKE ALARM WENT OFF at 3 am. A call was made and we were told no one could do anything until.8. So we took the alarm down but the home alarm system kept blaring. A gentlemen did call a bit after 8 but by then we were packed and ready to leave. The stay would have been more enjoyable if the property was better maintained. It was a sad ending to our stay.

Quiet stay on a beautiful beach, with a beautiful view and a hot tub. lots of natural light in the home, comfortable furniture. Really a great place to relax in summer or winter.

This older house was well maintained and very comfortable. The view is wonderful from the huge front deck that's full of nice furniture, and the hot tub worked fine. We completely enjoyed our stay and getting to know the area and will be back!

This is a very nice house with a well stocked kitchen (equipment) and a wonderful view and deck. The hot tub (big) was clean and I'm working order and beach access was very easy, even for a senior. The beds are fairly good and no one had any issues sleeping. Wi-Fi was also good. The house does need some maintenance as we found a couple of cabinet doors ready to come off (especially the kitchen garbage door) as well as a couple of outlets that need to be fixed that are close to dangerous (one in the master bedroom especially). The BBQ needs some repairs as well, one burner is non-functional which may hinder cooking for a bigger group. Overall I would stay here again, it is super close to Lincoln City which is also handy. I hope the owners do a maintenance pass on the house this fall so this little gem doesn't deteriorate.
