Oceanfront dog-friendly home with private hot tub, ocean-view sundecks, AC & W/D

The sheets were not washed when we arrived Wednesday evening. I bought what I needed and then came back and washed sheets for the night. There are also two windows that do not close properly and when it gets windy at night, you can definitely hear the wind coming through them.When I communicated with the management company, they said I had to speak with the local realtor company because that’s who they had referred the business to…. so they suck as a management company.

Simplify was the perfect choice for our family of five and two dogs. The house is well stocked to assist any dog owner with keeping the house clean—couch covers, dog towels, vinyl runners over the carpets, outdoor hoses to rinse dirty paws—and feet. For the humans, the house was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Great spaces both indoors and out to gather as a family. The beach is steps away and almost private as there are only single family homes surrounding. Not a ton to do in Frisco—beach and fish. There is a nearby convenience mart and bait and tackle shop. A few restaurants and a couple shops. Quick drive to Hatteras to visit the marina, take the Ferry to Ocrakoke or visit the shops —including a wonderful ice cream shop—I think it was called fat belly’s. Perfect relaxing trip spent on the beach and in the decks watching and listening to the ocean. Beautiful house, well maintained, slow pace Frisco atmosphere. 10 out of 10!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It offered everything you would need while on vacation. The beach was gorgeous and not crowded for this time of year. The hot tub was a nice treat! The 3 decks allowed for unlimited outdoor seating options to enjoy the view of the beach and the beautiful weather. We will definitely be back!

There was nothing about this place that hasn’t stuck with me. The kitchen had about everything you’d need, whole house was nice and clean, and the direct access to the beach was amazing. I was especially impressed with the binder at the house with all the local information, tourist guide, menus to local restaurants and suggestions for closest grocery stores which was actually a huge help

The house matched the description. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Location is great and the views are beautiful.

Everything was perfect!

My wife and our fur baby spent a quiet and relaxing 5 days in the outer banks on the atlantic. Great property directly overlooking the sea. Limited people on the beach.

Fall vacation for my wife and I with our son and his new wife. Large 4 bedroom home right in the dunes. Very well supplied kitchen. I love to cook and kitchen was great. Harbor House Seafood supplied the shrimp and scallops the rest was easy. Beach was beautiful and really quiet. Hot tub was really relaxing in the cool night breeze with the sound of the ocean in the background.

This was a perfect spot, right off of the beach in Frisco. There was plenty of room for everybody and the property was accurately portrayed in the listing.

This is our first time at the OBX , the location and the house are truly impressive . You have a breathtaking ocean view , right outside your patio , from sunrise to sunset .The house is also impressive inside and out ,the decors , furniture , all the amenities were well thought of to provide a memorable experience and convenience . There’s also a house manual that gives you answers to any possible questions you may have , includes recommendations on local restaurants , stores , etc. Best part is that we were able to bring along our dogs , not a lot of rentals allow this. There were dried poop on the upper deck unfortunately , I don’t blame the property manager or housekeeper for this , dog owners are responsible for their pets. Don’t spoil it for others . Overall, I would definitely come back , and highly recommend this beautiful house. Kudos to the owners as well as Vacasa !
