Oceanfront, Dog-Friendly Home with Fireplace, Ocean View, Beach Access & WiFi

This is a really cute, cozy house just a few steps away from the beach and just a couple of miles away from shops and restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked, and it has a nice patio area outside. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The one thing I would point out is there is no fence if you have dogs, and it's right next to other houses, but you can block off the patio area with a dog fence, which is what we did.

It was such a beauitful property! Definitely will be coming back! Thank you for such a memorable vacation for my family!

Obvious pet stains from previous renters. Sink backed up from previous renters and was not repaired until after checking out.

This little house was sparkling clean, and had an amazing beachfront, with great windows Quiet and located in a very low traffic beach. This house is comfortable and cabin like with a well stocked kitchen. Just what we were looking for The only negatives are there were no steps to the beach, which all the other houses had. We had two people who were unable to navigate the drop to the beach, and So many thistles in the lovely mowed lawn that you can’t walk barefoot to the beach Seems like simple fixes. Other than these two things it was 5 stars

The place was a perfect choice for 45th anniversary getaway! The views were amazing with easy access for walks along the beach. The place was very clean and had all the supplies that we needed. Great location too. Close to Yachats and an easy drive to Newport and Florence.

We loved the house. Tv didn’t work in the primary bedroom. Everything else was very nice. Loved the double sinks in both bathrooms and the mowed lawn even in the spring. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and everything needed for cooking. Thank you.

We loved everything about this lovely beach house. We felt like the owners really created a place that was comfortable and pleasing. Furniture was in great shape, amazing ocean view, probably the best supplied kitchen at any rental we've stayed at too. We are already planning our next trip. We highly recommend too.

Great location, well equipped. From the carport when you arrive to the beach right out your door, everything you need and want.

Just a lawn separated the house from the beach. Lovely views throughout the open common area. Great outdoor sitting area with views and windscreen. The showers are small but adequate.

This is a cozy little house with great views of the beach and ocean. You can walk right out the door to the beach. Home is very well stocked with dishes and cookware, that's always a bonus. Newer appliances. Home was clean when we arrived. Great location, a short drive up to Newport where you can visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium or go watch the sea lions in downtown Newport. Head south to Thor's Well, super fun at high tide! The beach at the house is all sand and not busy, even on a popular summer weekend. This is a great little beach house. We would rent this again. A little hard to find, but a beautiful view and a nice little yard (a little prickly) for dogs that don’t love the sand. Doesn’t sleep more than five adults without additional using the regular couch as a bed.

The place felt like our own family beach house and after leaving we just want to book the same house again! The beach felt like it was reserved just for us, beautiful views and easy access for play. The house had everything one could need for a family vacation spot. Looking forward to returning to this little piece of joy we found ?

This place was so enjoyable! Very quiet, great outdoor seating with fire pit, able to carefully access the beach, full kitchen and cable tv when the sun sets.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay at a beautiful ocean-view house on the coast. The beach access made it easy to enjoy the sand and surf. The house was impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Although it was pet-friendly, our pets stayed home this time. My family and I had a fantastic time and look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Views galore , quite, private and very comfy

Despite a couple of minor shortcomings, I give it five stars for a clean, well-stocked pet-friendly spot on the beach. Anyone who lets dogs stay in their house is okay by me. The house was snug and comfortable when we arrived. Very well-stocked kitchen, except for the salt & pepper shakers, which might have been lurking somewhere, but we couldn’t find them. We bought a couple of throw-away ones, so you should be good for a few weeks anyway. The floors are now those gray wood laminate things that seem to be the rage these days, with a couple of area rugs here and there. Makes much more sense than the old carpet and are easier to keep clean (dog hair, sand, etc.). Nice towels, our bed was pretty firm and comfy (we prefer firm beds), covered parking was nice and the place stayed warm. A couple of minor (to us) things to note: it takes awhile for the hot water to get to the bathroom that’s just off the bedroom, so the bathroom by the front door might be better and is a little larger. Shower heads are kind of low, so better for shorter folks. Our Wi-Fi conked out the 2nd day we were there, and despite a couple of messages sent to try and fix it (“unplug the modem, wait a minute and plug it back in…”), Wi-Fi was never restored. It wasn’t that big a deal for us, but it might be for some. There’s also an xfinity phone booster in one of the bedrooms that didn’t seem to help my crappy xfinity phone, so I decided to change to T-Mobile like my wife uses - she had much better service than I. As others have mentioned, access to the beach is a little bit of a challenge. Most of the other houses on the beach have stairs down to the beach, so they would be a nice addition to this place. Watch your step and you should be okay (or maybe see if the neighbors will let you use their stairs). All in all, we had a great time and would come again. Cheers!
