OCEANFRONT CONDO AMAZING VIEWS OF TOPSAIL BEACHES!

Make sure you understand how to get to the beach from the condo as that was not listed and where (need wrist band to access from the commons area).

This is an excellent condo with spectacular ocean views! We loved spending time on the balcony watching the surf, birds and beautiful sunsets. The condo was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The pool and hot tub areas were open and we thoroughly enjoyed using them. It was nice to take long walks along the beach and return to the pool area for swimming and soaking in one of the hot tubs. The restaurant on the villa grounds is fantastic! We enjoyed several delicious meals al fresco on the deck overlooking the pool and ocean. We had such a wonderful time at this condo. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked, nothing else was needed. Towels and linens were clean and soft. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. We highly recommend staying here.

Excellent property at a great beach location. The condo had everything we look for in a stay - full kitchen, in-room laundry, ocean view, etc. Plus Topsail is an awesome not-too-crowded beach. Larger property was excellent as well with two pools and two hot tubs that were being constantly maintained by staff. Would definitely stay again!

Larry was a great guy and helped in any way. We got an early check in and everything was beautiful. This is our second year the property and will be returning.

Let me start with a fact that we personally have had 2 very nice VRBO’s located on Anna Maria Florida and in Crested Butte, Co. It was fine for a night or two. Communication with manager, Larry was very good. We are not used to having to make the bed before we went to bed the first night. Thought “linens” referred to towels. Refrigerator needed to be cleaned. When we arrived we heard very loud jackhammer drilling from an adjacent condo, the renovation continued day 2 with consistent loud banging. We understand they could. It do anything about renovations to the adjacent condo, but a warning would have been nice. Finally, I suggest you bring your own TP. There’s terrible!!!!! Remember to stop by the store before you arrive, no complimentary soap bar for shower. I would not stay there again.

Our stay was perfect! We have no complaints. Communication with host was great and Larry went above and beyond to accommodate some changes for us. The pools were closed for our visit but the weather was beautiful to enjoy the beach!

Perfect beach location, comfortable, well equipped kitchenand stunning view made for a great if short getaway. Loved having a good restaurant just downstairs. Host was very responsive too which isn't always the case. Would have been a 5 star review, but the couch, while very comfortable didn't turn into a comfortable pull out, an issue for those needing an extra bed.

Property is great for a two person stay on the beach. Great amenities on the property. Balcony view was fantastic.

We were allowed an early check in which was amazing. Host called the night before and we were able to get in at 1pm instead of 4pm. The host was very easy to communicate with. The unit is beautifully decorated and was exceptionally clean.

My husband and I loved our condo! Very clean, linens were included, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook (pots, pans, utensils etc.), full size washer and dryer, and best of all, we had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony! We will definitely try and rent this condo again next year!

Excellent property! The unit is very clean and decorated very well. I cannot say enough about the owner! Larry is very communicative, and he responds back to you very quickly if needed. This resort has one of the largest pools we have ever visited, and that was a huge plus for us! It's a very quiet, residential area and we had a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend this unit! We will be back!

Our stay was perfect! I highly recommend this booking. We truly have no complaints. The hosts were very communicative and were able to provide us with some accommodations that were asked of at the last minute. We enjoyed the pools, beach, and balcony views.

Great vacation! Our condo was cozy, clean and well equipped!

My small child and I stayed here during the July 4th holiday week and it was fabulous. Clean, simple but elegant, and quite comfortable, it's beach and ocean view and has multiple pools onsite. The owners/managers were very responsive, thorough and thoughtful. Even when I accidently locked us out of the rental (I have a medically fragile child and her meds were inside), they promptly remedied that. Would recommend to anyone looking for either a quieter (less crowded) beach visit and/or family friendly beach stay on a superb and laidback island we've been coming to for over 10 years. Definitely a favorite rental now. Loved it!

Perfect location for a quick getaway. Nice clean condo with a well equipped kitchen. Very secure and safe location. Wonderful ocean views. We are so glad we chose this condo for our stay.

Larry was an exceptional host! He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful and spotless. It had all the essentials, from comfortable linens to fully stocked kitchen items, making it feel like a home away from home.The Roku TV was a great bonus for relaxing after a day out, and we really appreciated the two beach chairs in the closet — a thoughtful touch, especially since we forgot ours! Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to rent again on our next trip! Highly recommend!

Our family did a quick weekend getaway and this unit was perfect! Perfect location to the hot tubs, and beach! The unit is the perfect size , clean and decorated perfect! Our host larry was very responsive and very accommodating! We can’t wait to come back in the summer time to view those longer sunsets off the balcony! Thank you for the memories !

The unit was nicely decorated, and modern looking on the inside. Communication from the owners was excellent, they were both very responsive and polite.

My fiance and I had a great weekend getaway at the condo. The ocean view from the balcony was wonderful, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and if I needed a question answered, I was able to reach out to the owner and get a response quickly. We spent much of our trip at the resort enjoying the pools and hot tubs, as well as eating at the on-site restaurant, which had a superior menu. We had easy access to the beach to rest and dig our toes in the sand, and we had great October weather to do so. I would recommend this property for any couples looking to escape for a weekend (or longer). North Topsail Beach is a unique area for relaxation, sightseeing, and spending quality time together in a care-free setting. We would gladly book here again!
