Oceanfront Comfort at The Clam Hut

We loved The Clam Hut! The place was comfortable, welcoming, and we hope to be back.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday enjoying hanging out at the beach. The house was absolutely beautiful

Had a wonderful time at the Clam Hut! Very cozy home with breathtaking view and access to the beach. Will absolutely return for another visit!

This is not a complaint, but an attempt to advise future renters of what to expect. While the accommodations were clean and adequate, there were several items that were not included: shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, hair dryer, foil, Ziplocs, or any type of tupperware storage containers. The property is advertised as accommodating 6 people, however the living room is so small that there isn't adequate seating for 6 people. On the upside, there are 2 small full bathrooms, however, there is no place to put any toiletries outside of the medicine chest and nowhere to hang more than 1 towel. The balcony view & access to the beach were amazing. This property is not ADA compliant, toddler friendly or accessible to persons with mobility issues. Perhaps the listing needs to be updated.

It was a nice place. The condo had all the essentials. Fireplace was a great addition given the cool mornings! Overall it was a good trip!

You can’t beat this location! We had a wonderful time. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation here. Place was clean and maintained. Carpet should be replaced . People should be aware that there is no beach access from condo itself. There is a staircase and gate on each side. Ocean views were fantastic. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time, enjoy the resort will return again next year. The pictures posted on the internet are a little misleading, you have to go down some stairs to get to the beach. I would recommend this location the clam hut to anyone

Loud Waves Crashing, Beach Chairs Available!! Plenty of hot water for a family of 4. Quiet neighborhood, laundry options were perfect. Plenty of sea shells for the hunter and gatherers. lots of stairs and lots of walking which we surely enjoyed. What would of been helpful comfier beds (extra pillow top of sorts would of been nice) Nothing available to wash our sandy feet before coming in the house (would of liked a hose of some sort) No recycle option (everything went into one bin) The carpet was in horrible shape - you did not feel comfortable sitting on the floor or taking your shoes off, pot holders of some sort would of been nice to help with cooking, a tea kettle would of helped to boil water for tea, a few more plug options instead there were multiple plugs hanging out from single outlets, downstairs bathroom shower fan did not work and set the smoke alarm off when taking a hot shower.
