Oceanfront Beach House w/ Spectacular Infinity view pool +36 ft.

Right from the start, Arnoldo was great to deal with. After 20 hrs of travel with kids I knew we wouldn’t want to go shopping! And Arnoldo arranged the first shop for us! Very helpful in all matters. We stayed a month, and we loved it. The beach is great for kids, whether it’s in the waves or the many protected pools! The pool was clean and amazing! Beds are comfortable.We had Juana cook for us and it was such a treat! Really good food and she had some great meal suggestions. I highly recommend her services Carlos helped with everything from getting my phone SIM card to getting the right fish from the market and amount (I don’t speak Spanish) awesome to have someone who offers the affordable convenient service of going to get food whenever we needed! About 35 minutes on his motorcycle to the grocery store! Thank you guys for a wonderful month, me and my family will always remember it with love

The location in front of the rocks and the pool overlooking was awesome. The two rooms were good and the AC’s worked well. The kitchen could use some updating.

My family had an incredible time! Arlando was an absolute expert and kept us in the loop throughout our stay. There was a tiny hiccup with the water, but Carlos swooped in and fixed it right away. And oh my gosh, Juana cooked for us every single day! She was so sweet and patient, and her food was absolutely mouthwatering. We absolutely adore her cooking!

We were 2 couples that stayed at Arnoldo’s place for a week. The outdoor space was beautiful, the pool area was amazing and Carlos & Juana were great. They were there for anything we needed and Juana cooked us an amazing Nicaraguan dinner for my friends birthday. The only reason we didn’t get her to cook more was that both of our husbands are great cooks. We would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

This is a perfect place with a beautiful pool and helpful caretaker. Highly recommend.

First, Arnoldo is a wonderful host. He is a great communicator before, during and after the stay. He made nice recommendations, arranged for cooking by Juana and went out of his way to rectify my error (I forgot to return the keys and he met me in Managua for their return). Juana and Carlos are the most pleasant and kind people. Juana is a fabulous cook at a very reasonable price. The beach was very relaxing and amazing for the shell searching my wife loves to do. We hope to be back!!

Wonderful place to stay!! A great location for quiet relaxing beach/pool time. Exceptionally clean. Lovely caretakers and host. 5* all the way.

Overall our stay was awesome. The beach house was perfect for us. The ocean, view, accommodations and hosts were beyond expectation. We (myself, husband, 4 year old son and brother in law) stayed here for 5 nights. Juana cooked for us and it was delicious. Carlos kept the property and pool very clean and was available any time we needed. Arnoldo was very easy to communicate with, friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The location of the beach house is very quiet and relaxing. To start I will say that arriving in the evening was probably not the best choice. We drove to the beach house and didn’t realize the sun sets around 6:30. The location was not difficult to find but there are many dirt roads and renting a 4x4 or hiring a driver would be less stressful. Also I would keep to main paved roads (hwy 1 and hwy 8) Google maps tried to give us “short-cuts” and those are a VERY bad idea. I think it is important to mention that very few people in this area speak even a tiny bit of English. Google translate is helpful if needed. Other than these learning opportunities (lol), we absolutely love Nicaragua! The vibe here is very relaxing, safe and the people are friendly and helpful. And very importantly, the fresh healthy food is something we will miss. Because of this great experience, we are now seriously talking about getting a place of our own here. ¡Fue espectacular! Spectacular! The home had all the amenities we needed. We felt safe and the people where so kind. Having the choice between beach and pool was more than what we needed. The bedrooms were more than accommodating, each with its own bathroom. There's a separate bathroom in the living space as well and that was an added benefit. Went with our 82 year old mom and she was in love with it all. It was a true adventure to a small piece of paradise. Relaxing is not the right word. We enjoyed the views, the people and their families, and all nature provides. It was wow!
