This 6 bedroom oceanfront home has two identical sides each with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (there are two separate units joined by a back porch).

Walking up the steps and entering through the front door, you will find the perfect, open concept floorplan on each side. Each fully equipped luxury kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and pristine off-white cabinets. Both kitchens have everything you need to prepare exquisite cuisine for your entire family after a day of fun in the sun. In the adjacent dining area with a high-top table seating 6 on each side, you will find the perfect spot to enjoy your scrumptious meal or play games with the family. Additional seating is available at the nearby bar area on both sides.

Walking into the living area of either side you are welcomed by beautiful cheery colors including a large cushioned sleeper sofa and love seat. Each living room centers around a large flat screen TV and fireplace to cozy up beside during the crisp winter months. On either side natural light streams in through the large wall of windows where the serene ocean view will leave you speechless. No seaside home would be complete without a balcony to enjoy the gorgeous view and unwind after a long day on the beach and this home offers a plethora of balcony options including one just off of the living area on both sides.

Down the hall on the same level on either side you will find a queen bedroom furnished with a beautiful bed, chest of drawers, and a vibrant comforter. An adjacent bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and beautiful granite countertops as well as a laundry area are also located on this level for your convenience.

Heading up the stairs on either side and entering the bonus room, you will find a sofa and flat screen television perfect for kids wanting to enjoy a movie separate from the adults. The master bedroom retreat just down the hall on either side of the duplex features a king size bed with plush bedding, a flat screen television, a large chest of drawers, and your own private balcony overlooking the sandy shoreline. The adjoined master bathroom of each boasts a tiled walk in shower, garden tub, and double sinks with granite countertops.

The second bedroom down the other end of the hall on either side is equipped with a king bed and a small Juliet balcony. This guest room neighbors another bathroom with granite countertops and a combination shower/tub.

The private boardwalk leads straight to the water's edge on a beautiful stretch of Amelia Island's 13 mile beach.     Perfect property for a large group needing multiple bedrooms/bathrooms. Perfectly equipped kitchens, TVs in every room plus sitting areas so if extras are sleeping on pull outs or on couches, they have their own entertainment. Clean, well equipped, and of course, beautiful ocean views and access. Fully enjoyed our experience!

    The property was as expected at the lower price point.. It was clean and near the beach. No complaints. AIG, the property management team, was exceptional. We had a couple of minor issues which they addressed immediately and so graciously. Their customer service was amazing.

    Lovely property, lots of space. We had a great time. We had three families and booked both sides - the kids could easily go between as the deck connects. Easy beach access , definitely recommend!

    I booked both sides of the duplex for a family reunion. Everyone loved the view from the deck. Location was convenient for us. Photos on VRBO accurately showed the property. Good communication from the property management company. Overall, positive feedback from everyone in the group and we enjoyed staying here.

    We had a great vacation here. This is not a luxury rental. Some basic things are missing and the property needs some TLC. Beds were comfortable. Not enough towels supplied for our large group, but we were able to launder during stay. Just had to do it a lot. Parking is not sufficient for the amount of guests these units hold. This property would be really great for smaller groups.

    Came together with several family members for an Easter celebration, and many of us stayed in this delightful two-unit property. Aside from the weather it was a perfect family time together. Very easy access to the beach. Clean and well appointed units with comfortable beds and plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. Will gladly return, and I plan to keep this property in mind for our next visit to Amelia Island!
