OCEANFRONT 3BR HOUSE AUGUST DEALS! Private BEACH ACCESS, HUGE DECK, A+ LOCATION!

Check in: very easy with clear instructions. Cleanliness: the bathrooms could’ve been cleaner. The shower seemed to have soap scum on portions. The upper bathroom toilet flushes but takes forever to fill with water. Water was hot and plentiful! Bedrooms were spacious and functional. I’ve never been to a rental that required you to furnish your own linens but it worked out in the end just keep in mind you’ll have to figure that into packing. Kitchen has the supplies you need but no dishwasher so make sure you bring more dish soap than you think. Laundry facilities were great. The (I assume) new decking is gorgeous, doesn’t get hot and I never worried about splinters for my kids. Overall, a great vacation spot and we’d stay here again

Our seven days at the Sandcastle were a simple delight! The cottage has been updated so thoroughly it felt as though we were staying in a new home. The home exceeded all our needs and expectations. The furnishings, the kitchen, the deck area, all are well thought out and well appointed, with great attention to the needs and whims of vacationers. It is in a great location, only steps from the ocean and conveniently within walking distance of the pier and the business/restaurant area of Kure Beach. We would definitely recommend the Sandcastle and will return in the future!

The house was perfect. Not many like this left on the island. Perfect size for a smaller family with out paying a fortune like the rest of them. Beautiful views of the beach and the pier. Will definitely be going back to this little oasis.

Had a great time at the property! Was there with our family of four including two teenagers. Excellent location right on the beach and easy walk to the pier and restaurants. Carolina beach is a short drive for more dining options all of which were excellent. House itself was very nice and updated and if anything the pictures don’t really do it justice. AC was ice cold and had everything we needed. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and so thoughtfully designed. The back deck was a favorite spot for relaxing, and the private beach access made everything incredibly convenient. We’re already planning to come back next year, hopefully for even longer. Seven days just isn’t enough to enjoy everything this home—and the area—have to offer!

This was our second trip to Kure Beach. We visited Airlie Gardens, Carolina State Park, Jungle Rapids and took many walks on the beach. The highlight was the turtle nest excavation at the end of the property boardwalk. Sea Turtle Project volunteers released 14 turtles from the nest into the ocean. The property was close to everything and was easily accessible for my elderly mother. Jennifer is an amazing host and communication was easy. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was such a wonderful vacation with my little family. The house is exactly as described. It was so conveniently located as well. Being right on the beach was very beneficial, especially with small kiddos. Jennifer was a fabulous host and made sure we knew everything we needed beforehand. We will definitely be back and would book this house again and again.

Updated VRBO, ideal location. Large deck accommodates everyone in our party. Beautiful view of ocean. Within walking distance to the pier at Kure. Avoid the parking fees! Lots of activity options in the surrounding area between Wilmington and Southport.

We enjoyed this location and cottage. We were right on the beach and only 4 blocks from the pier. Great seafood at local restaurants. We walked on the beach everyday and found lots of sea shells and sharks teeth. Pretty sunrises and if you drive to the end of the beach great sunsets as well. House was clean and had what we needed for our stay.
