Stayed Aug 9, 2025We had a wonderful time in Dewey! The house was very nice and plenty of room for the 5 of us. We have teenagers, but it would be great with little ones too. The location is great, we were able to walk to Dewey and Rehoboth boardwalk. You step off the front porch right to the beach. The beach area was much less crowded and the area was nice quiet. I highly recommend renting this home!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025We rent a lot of beach houses, and this one is great. The location is perfect (at the less crowded end of Dewey, but walkable to everything). The house is really well maintained, and it's better stocked than most places we've stayed. Best of all - it's right on the water. Walk out the front sliding glass doors onto the sand and up the walkway to the beach. We really did enjoy staying here.

There was a lack of communication with the realtor because we asked about beach towels and was told there wasn’t any and there was a lot !! We asked about extra parking and was told there was none and they had a lot of guest parking !! We had a few more things But I am running out of space !!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024This was a fantastic location and house! We loved the extra beach backyard where we could play cornhole in the evening. The beach access also has free accessible wheelchair service from the Town of Dewey right to the back door. This was so helpful to our family member with mobility issues. We had a great stay!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024This is a perfect house for a week at the beach. We didn’t even have to put shoes on. Just walk out the door and find a spot. Great for sunrise and sunsets too. Dewey Beach is a wonderful beach and community.
