Ocean Views & Tide Pool Access! Dog Friendly! Yachats!

Garbage bins were not clear for us ... which color for what. Master bath sink needs some attention. Otherwise, it was really excellent! Comfortable, great location and awesome yard for our fur family!

Great house, easy check-in and checkout and great location close to town and the beach though it’s rocky.

Everything was very welcoming. We stayed in December and loved the holiday decorations. When we arrived the house was warm, lights were on and the little tree was lit!

Wonderful home; spacious, beautiful, clean with every amenity you would want. Chef’s kitchen, two master suites, nicely decorated for Xmas. View of ocean, great location, large room. Nice fenced backyard for our Golden. Honestly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever been in. We booked the same time next year.

The house was incredibly clean, with a very well appointed kitchen. The only dish missing might be larger plastic water cups for bed sides. The bed upstairs were really comfortable. We didn't use the downstairs room because the three kids all wanted to camp out on the pullout couches. The game room was awesome and would have been more used in warmer weather. We had 6 of us, but even a group of 8 would have plenty of room. There was ample seating, wide hallways and excellent separation of space so you never felt on top of each other. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again.

This property was very clean, located just a couple of minutes from the main downtown. It was quiet with the sounds of the ocean to lull us to sleep. We had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Would stay here again. We loved Yachats.

This home was perfect for our families Very clean and well equipped. Great games to play in garage area, outside fire ring so warm and crashing waves onto the rocks was heavenly We would rent this home again and again !

Beautiful home and magnificent spot!Awesome sunsets every night! Quite and peaceful area! We enjoyed the short and beautiful trail to Amanda's tribute! The short walk to the beach was excellent! 2nd time visiting Yachats, we love it here!

What a great place to stay! It was clean, bright and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked (be sure to bring your spices if you plan on cooking, however) and had all of the dishware, pots/pans and gadgets that we needed! The layout was great for our family and we had fun with the ping pong table! We also really enjoyed the backyard space, as it was sunny for most of the day. It was a nice reprieve from the windy days at the beach! We also caught some beautiful sunsets from the living room! We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing your wonderful home!

All went smooth with our stay and proximity to town and beach was as advertised!

Looooved our three nights in this house. Took many beach walks, searched tide pools, and made many memories. Very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

House was perfect for our family.Only suggestion is to get rid of the questionaire upon check in. It was really annoying, given the fact all the questions were completely redundant. Not a good way to start a vacation when I really just wanted to hang out with my family.

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed... even two types of coffee makers, a Keurig and drip. Everything was well labeled and easy to understand. The street was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed tide pooling at sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home choice for our 3 night beach vacation! The home is spotlessly clean & very well appointed. We enjoyed our home cooked meals with views of the ocean.The fully fenced landscaped yard made our early and late dog walks convenient and safe. Loved the night we enjoyed the firepit and enjoyed our dinner at the picnic table. Sweet Homes never disappoints!! Thank you for once again welcoming our party for a perfect beach holiday. We were blown away at the size and comfort of the house.We loved the views, we loved how close the ocean was. The house was immaculate.The kids loved the ping pong table and darts.The kitchen was fully stocked.It was a great experience and I will rent the house again, if we stay in Yachats!

Three generations spent the week together at this lovely home. It was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room to spread out and a nice large dining table for game night and dinners watching the waves roll in. The garage game area was fantastic and the large fenced in back yard was great for sitting around the campfire. Close enough to walk to the beach or the market but on a short dead end road so we felt removed from town and traffic. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

House was perfect for our friends getaway. We had 3 couples stay at the house and it was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed, beds were comfy and the house cozy. I would for sure stay here again

Very clean house with plenty of room for family of 3 plus a dog. Had a great game room in the garage - provided for some nice family fun during the rain. Also, a nice distance from Yachats and the small beach in Yachats - it was a real easy and pleasant walk to both.

The house is beautiful and well kept. The layout allows you to gather or spread out. The kitchen has all the essentials and more to cook with. I would definitely stay here again.

This house has it all. The details and thoughtful touches show throughout the house. Great location, clean and updated furnishings, very family and dog friendly.

This is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need as it is wonderfully equipped. Three full bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a view of the ocean, two gas fireplaces, large, open kitchen, and a two minute ride into town. We would stay here again and again and again

We were very pleased with our stay at this house...the size of the home and the lot, the accommodations, the VERY well-stocked kitchen, and the yard was a huge plus! We also loved that we were so close to the ocean - we had a wonderful view, and we could listen to the surf all night. The only slight issue we experienced was the washing machine leaking when we tried to do some laundry...aside from that, everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. Spacious home located a few houses from the tide pools. Well appointed with a great cooking kitchen. Would recommend.

Such a nice place, perfect location, love the side yard and all the amenities.

We would definitely stay here again. The checkin process and communication from the property manager was some of the best we've ever had.

Our extended family, group of 8 ranging in age from 15 to 75, stayed at Summershore for three nights. The house was the perfect size for our group, with enough space to spread out when we needed and come together when we wanted. We enjoyed foosball and ping pong, made s'mores in the evenings with a fire in the yard and had a wonderful view for coffee in the mornings. The kitchen is very well appointed (just know to bring your own oils, spices and condiments). The dining table easily fit everyone, and we could play games there after dinner. A trail and oceanside road at the end of the street makes for an easy walk into central Yachats, where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants and some cute shops. All in all, this was a wonderful getaway and this house was exactly what we needed.
