Absolutely the best Topsail Island rental we’ve ever had (and we have had a lot). Every detail was well thought out, including night lights, sound machine, charging ports, paper products, beach towels, beach toys, etc - it’s all there! Spotlessly clean and the loveliest hosts you’ll ever meet. We look forward to return!

We had an amazing stay at this rental house! The place was spotless—everything was clean, well-maintained, and felt fresh the moment we walked in. It’s clear the owners take great pride in keeping the home in top condition. The best part? It’s just a short walk to the beach! We loved being able to enjoy the ocean anytime without worrying about driving or parking. Perfect location and truly a comfortable, clean getaway. Highly recommend!

Peter and Carolyn were excellent hosts and met us upon arrival to go over the check-in process and house rules. The house was so beautiful and immaculately clean. They really go the extra mile to make sure everything is clean and sanitized. The house is also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. We also had access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys so you only need to bring your clothes. We couldn’t have asked for a better week at the beach! We look forward to visiting again next year.

The home is exactly as Carolyn and Peter describe. Very clean and comfortable with close, easy access to the beach. This is my first time staying in a home where the owner also lived and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Carolyn and Peter were available if we needed something but otherwise very discreet. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely return! Thank you!

We loved the place! Super clean and easy beach access. Carolyn and Peter were great. Available when we needed them, otherwise you’d have no idea anyone else was there! Would stay here again on our next trip to Topsail. Will be recommending this place to friends and family also!

Incredibly clean and offered many items that reduced our packing. Carolyn & Peter are very hospitable and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Take advantage of their recommendations of places to go and restaurants to dine. Access to the beach was easy for us and the view from our decks were better than expected from the second row.

Carolyn and Peter have a beautiful home and were great hosts. Carolyn responded quickly to any question I had before we even made the trip to North Carolina. Once there, Carolyn and Peter greeted us and gave us a tour of the home. We’ve never stayed anywhere before that provided laundry detergent, dish and hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and lots of kitchen supplies including K cups, baggies and much more. We cooked on some evenings and there were tons of kitchen utensils and cookware. Anytime I had a question, I could text Carolyn and she would respond almost immediately. The garage had several beach chairs in great condition plus almost anything else you needed for the beach. During the week, I rarely ever saw Carolyn and Peter. They definitely provide you with privacy. The home was so clean and decorated beautifully. You walked across the road and were on the beach. The beach was never crowded. The only people on the beach were from the homes in that area. We had the best trip and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!
