Our lovely beach house has an unobstructed view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room as well as from covered deck. The beach is just across the street with public beach access. It is very light airy feel inside. A 9' sliding panel glass door has been installed beach side. The kitchen has been remodeled with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, granite counter tops, backsplash, breakfast bar and a second drink fridge downstairs. Stayed Aug 2, 2024We loved the house, unfortunately due to Tropical Storm Debby, we only stayed for 3 days. But we loved how close the house was to the beach and so easy to access. The house was great, we especially loved having two bathrooms. We had five of us total so it made it easier. Hopefully we will be able to stay longer next time.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024We loved the location! It’s a very short walk across the street to the public access beach area. The beach itself was not too crowded nor was the ocean too rough. Plenty of seashells to search through! The house was very clean and had everything that was promised in the listing. There were 2 couples and 1 child on our trip, and we had plenty of room for another couple with children. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Really convenient location as the house is a block away from the public access. The house, especially the kitchen, had everything that we needed for the week. Some nicer, newer updates like the flooring and appliances.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Every summer we come to OIB this week in June, but this is our first time renting a beach house and it was so nice to have lots of room to spend family time in the house and downstairs in the wonderful patio area. We will be reaching out to stay here next year for sure!!!
