Ocean View Townhome across from beautiful Amelia Island Beach

Very nice place close to the beach loved it

Property owner was very responsive and the property was just as described. The walk to the beach was very quick and easy.

We had a wonderful visit to Amelia Island! The condo is central to restaurants, beach fun, and ice cream! We enjoyed being so close to the ocean, and woke up bright and early to see the sunrise!

Love the place. Second time coming and we will be back. Master bed in master bottom floor had a change in bed not as comfy as last time, but was okay.

Jenny, our host, could not have been nicer. Absolutely a 5-star all around!!!

We were on the Island for an event. The home was convenient to places we needed to go. The decor is nice and functional. We really enjoyed the recreational extras in the garage like bike and chairs. We felt like the home felt roomier than it looked in the pictures. The only issue was being beside the hotel - lighting made it difficult for rooms to be dark at night - and loud music from the Sliders bar and restaurant near by was bothersome but not heinous. We had friends staying across the street so we used their beach access otherwise it would have been a longer “commute” to the public beach access.

It was extremely easy to communicate with the property manager. The house exceeded expectations. It was well stocked. Great location.

We love to stay in this area because it’s a quick little walk to the beach but also multiple places to eat and the beach store. This is by far our favorite place we have stayed in Amelia Island!

We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days exploring the nearby attractions. The peaceful ambiance and beautiful surroundings made our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to return for another delightful getaway!

Love the location of this property. The host was great at communicating. Our only issue was the listing made it seem like there were two bathtubs and that was a small issue for bathing a baby but loved the master shower!

Great location! Beautiful View and lots to do. The home was super clean and stocked with games for us to play along with beach chairs and toys. The kids had a great time and so did we. Definitely recommend!
