The kitchen comes fully equipped with updated appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to cook. Formal dining table seats 4 indoors. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king bed, private balcony with peek-a-boo ocean views, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual sinks. Washer and dryer in-unit. Front courtyard with outdoor dining. Backyard with BBQ, seating, and outdoor shower to rinse off sand and salt after beach days. Beach chairs and towels provided. Accommodates 6 guests. Spanish-inspired tiling and design details throughout create a warm, colorful atmosphere. Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 2 cars. Front courtyard entry leads into the main living area. Master bedroom accessed via interior stairs to second floor.



The Neighborhood:

Mesa Steps beach access is about 700 feet from the front door. Walk to Shoreline Park in under 10 minutes for clifftop views and picnic spots. Mesa Cafe is a 5-minute walk for breakfast and coffee. Arroyo Burro Beach is a 5-minute drive west. State Street downtown Santa Barbara is a 10-minute drive with dozens of restaurants, shops, and the historic Arlington Theatre. Santa Barbara Harbor and Stearns Wharf are 15 minutes away by car.



Getting Around:

US-101 is the main highway through Santa Barbara. From the south, take the Cabrillo Boulevard exit and head west toward Mesa. Santa Barbara Airport is a 15-minute drive. Downtown Santa Barbara is 10 minutes by car. Los Angeles is about 90 minutes south via US-101. San Luis Obispo is 90 minutes north.



Other Things to Note:

• Pets: Not allowed - a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found

• Washer/Dryer: In-unit

• Parking: 2 cars maximum

• Mid-stay clean: Required after every 15 days for longer bookings. Housekeeping will coordinate timing with you to ensure the home stays in excellent condition.

• Beach gear: Beach chairs and towels are provided for guest use. Please rinse and return after your beach outings.

• Outdoor shower: Available in the backyard to rinse off sand and saltwater before coming inside.
