Stayed Aug 9, 2025Second year at this property and just as happy with it as last year. The house was clean and had plenty of room for us. It is has a nice view from the top deck and is located with easy access to the beach. Also it was nice to have supplemental beach items available.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Just spent a week in this townhouse. It was clean and exactly as described/presented in the pictures. We’ve stayed in several townhouses in this complex over the years and this one tops the list. The location is not far from downtown Surf City and equidistant to the major grocery stores and restaurants no matter which way you come into town. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and we didn’t even use the loft. We appreciated the beach gear to supplement what we brought. And access to the beach is so easy. We definitely would book here again.

Stayed May 17, 2024THIS WAS A WONDERFUL RETREAT. BALCONIES HAVE VIEWS RIGHT AND LEFT OF THE BEACH. PLAYGROUND VERY CLOSE FOR LITTLE ONES. CLEAN HOUSE. COMFY BEDS AND LINEN. GAMES ETC. THEY HAVE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING. FIVE STARS!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Stayed May 10, 2024So nice to spend the weekend with my kids and some friends. The pool and park were perfect for us with the comings and goings. And so grateful to have nice weather and SO close to the water. We came for the ocean, the pool and park were extras. Can't wait to go back.
