Ocean-View Paradise with Pool & Hot Tub, Walk to Beach

Everything was excellent… Even mother nature was kind to us.Could not ask for anything else.

Our host was incredible, great communication and incredibly accommodating. Ron, the property manager, is the best in the business. We really appreciated him! The pool and hot tub are incredible, and perfect no matter the weather due to the great heating controls. The house is literally steps to the beach in a quiet area. Our stay was perfect.

Great location space, and amenities!

House was perfect for an our family staycation. Property manager was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Loved the proximity to the beach and the pool/hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful stay with our two small children and mother. The property is well layed out and perfectly located right next to beach in a residential area. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again in the future.

Location of property was great. The property needs some attention to maintenance. The pool was dirty, air conditioners were warm, light switches broken. The floor plan is good. Just needs maintenance work

We stayed in the house this past summer in June. It was my two kids with their spouses, and their two kids each so my four grandkids. The house was amazing very well stocked very well taken care of and the kids had a blast in the pool. We were very close to the beach Ronnie the house manager is super attentive and everybody was very nice and we had a wonderful stay. I thank the owner and the manager for making our summer a great one. I highly recommend this house

i will stay again

This was a Birthday get together of friends who have known each other for over 40 years, so ages were in our 70's except for one at 45. Consequently, although it rained most of the time we were there, we enjoyed the set up there, each with our own bedroom, and the opportunity to sit and chat.We could have used a bigger kitchen since we cooked a lot and everyone played a part. Additionally the oven and microwave may need some updating soon. Had trouble with the dishwasher, but the property manager Ron was terrific and helped us out. Although it smelled as though the trap beneath the dishwasher may need cleaning out.We also had trouble with the remote for the pool and hot tub, but once again Ron was there to the rescue, then we enjoyed both immensely! Two other notes, the hairdryer in the upstairs primary did not work and the shower in the downstairs primary runs out onto the floor. However, the house worked out so well for us, we all decided we will plan another get together next year!!

We had an absolute blast the location is perfect right off A1A nice neighbors and an amazing owner so friendly! The pool was relaxing and so nice to soak after a long day. House was clean and fresh smelling linens clean and abundant. Would absolutely rent again we even loved the iguanas Running around the neighborhood.

It was awesome. Plenty of room just a couple minor things but not sure how to share this without thinking its a knock. But it might never get fixed. Very minor. Batteries in some of the remotes and the upstairs sink had trouble going down. Along with the lock box hard to open.Other than that very comfortable and convenient to the Ocean. On those windy days we hung out in the pool. It was great. Thumbs up to Ron. At first thought was gonna be a invasion but far from that. He was very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up. Ten of us stayed there and we had our own space. Like i said very awesome. Thank you and will definitely like to do again. Also the bonus was the Air show going on had a front row seat. We had an absolute great time! This house was amazing and accommodated our large group of families! Ron, the manager was so helpful and kind! The short walk to beach was fabulous and the location was perfect!

The house was great! The location was perfect only a quick walk to the beach! It was very easy to communicate with the host.

Great stay at the beach! Beautiful pool/spa. All modern conveniences of home. They’ve thought of everything.. so many amenities and simple things stocked and ready. Our family had a wonderful time and already wants to go back! Plus, the property manager is a true gem!

Steps to the beach. There were 10 of us and the house was perfect. Plenty of space. Having a pool and hot tub was key. Property manager was attentive and helpful.

The house was perfect because it was on different levels. With so many of us that really was a plus. A few things that are minor, but would’ve helped our towel, racks or hooks in the bathroom. There was nowhere to hang our towels, certainly in the master bath. Also, there was a leak from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs master bedroom and underneath it, and it was bubbling the paint no way detracted from the enjoyment of the home. We had to leave a day and a half early because of the hurricane. Left with a heavy heart for all those in its path.

We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. 5 bathrooms and showers is plus! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday and the short walk to the beach was great. The property has beach chairs and an umbrella with a cart, so it couldn’t have been easier to enjoy the beach.The property manager, Ronnie, is responsive and always helpful. We stayed 5 days and wish we could have stayed more!
