Stayed Jan 23, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location, the apartment wasn't that clean and it had a lot of ants in the living area. We were notified the day before our arrival that the air conditioning wasn’t working in the main living area. It’s at the high end of the pricing for Lancelin and I would have expected better. Nice location, but Owner/host needs to do better.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was full of dust. Windows all shut prior to our arrival. Garage full of webs and we could not use it. Kitchen utensils were unpleasant to use. Kitchen utensils needs to be replaced with new ones. Very cheap at the OP shops or K mart

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Apartment has an ant problem which i think is due to not being cleaned properly, which is surprising given the cleaning fees for the stay. First stay was amazing, but the second stay was rather average. Contacted to manager during the stay, but got no response.

Stayed Oct 9, 2022Rate per night was not worth what we got, Linen was worn and fraying, no toiletries supply, basic item in kitchen were missing, pay a cleaning fee but be expected to leave as found with even the rubbish walk down 3 flights of stairs, Ask for King Single to be join up as requested for a King bed and this was not done, specifically ask as husband was very tall, Overall, we will not be heading back,
