We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything you need is provided, quick walk to the beach and we easily could have packed less. Would definitely stay here again!

we enjoyed our stay! house was well stocked with everything you would need. clean. location was perfect. however, the road to cross to reach the beach access is very busy and could be dangerous with little ones.

Excellent location, well stocked with everything you could EVER need, instructions left for easy use of appliances, and excellent communication with host. We had an amazing week with no issues at all. It was great for the dogs as well. Be aware that the steps to the backyard are very steep. Our little dog was scared at first to use them!

This was our first trip. This home is nicely decorated. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The home is clean and stocked with anything and everything that you may need while there. That was a pleasant surprise! We had a good time while we were there. We'd like to stay again in the future.

House was very close to beach access. Property was very clean and there were instructions for everything inside and outside the property. You can just pack your clothes and the house has everything else needed to enjoy a beach vacation. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property was amazing in every way. We were able to bring our dog. I have never stayed at a house where everything is provided, from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, towels, sheets, beach chairs and boards, etc. The back yard was a wonderful surprise. We had a fantastic time!

Our February stay was wonderful again. We just love staying here. The hosts are most accommodating and supply the essentials needed when vacationing. Everything about the stay was great. The beds were comfortable, the accommodations were home like and comfy. Beach access was just across the street. Everything we needed was provided. My grandchildren enjoyed the boogie boards as sleds in the snow.

Everything from the start has been wonderful. Plenty of communication. The house was well appointed and clean. No surprises. Would love to stay there again!

Deb was so kind and easy to work with and most accommodating to our family. House is WELL STOCKED with all the little things as well as very organized and lots of instructions to help assist with questions. GREAT back yard with nice fire pit....we enjoyed that very much!! Beds slept great....house was clean and well represented as you see online...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend this place and give it 5stars. The house was so well appointed. We had everything we needed to host Thanksgiving. We loved the linens and bedding and the location across from the beach access was perfect!

This place was exceptional! The entire house was immaculate, and the owner was available at all times in case I needed anything.The owners provided everything we would need and then some. I've never rented a place anywhere where the owner supplied everything we would need. It was wonderful.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans.There are smart TVs in all of the bedrooms and we had no issues with the WiFi.The fire pit in the gated backyard was really nice. My little Yorkie was able to explore the yard without fear of her getting out. I could have sat there all night watching the fire. We didn't have any noise issues from the neighbors so it was really peaceful.I give this place the highest rating and more. Thanks, Deb! We will definitely come back!

The accommodations were so nice and comfortable for our 5 adults. Easily within walking distance to beach access. We visited during off season, so the beach wasn't crowded. House expectations were clear and easy to follow. Bonuses: plenty of room, beach accessories, and a wonderful firepit out back for fun. Would stay here again!

The house was perfect! Everything you need for a beach VACA was provided, from beach towels to chairs, shade structures etc. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped making it easy to cook. Beds were comfy. The back yard was great for our pup. No mosquitoes! The beach was easy to access. The beach was lovely and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Rental. These owners have everything you need on site. Takes the stress away from hauling everything. Deb was very Responsive and the unit is well stocked down to the soap to shower !!! Location is great with beach entry across the street. Beaches are wide and can be biked or walked. Places to eat are only 2 miles away and biking the island from this unit is easy.Outstanding Owners that you can tell have taken the time to plan and stock the unit for guest needs. Thanks for a Great Week. We loved it and hope to return again. The AC worked great keeping the unit cool and the place is very clean.

As always, this is our favorite place to stay! It is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The owners are very responsive and wonderful! The house is stocked with all your basic essentials. You cannot go wrong with staying here!

Great place, nice and clean , easy access to the beach

Beautiful property with a wonderfully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the freedom of not having bring beach chairs, tents or towels. The bonus room was perfect or those occasional work meetings.

The house was everything we thought it would be from the listing. It was fully stocked with everything you would need for a great beach week with your family! All the beach equipment was perfect and was in great shape!We would definitely say there again!

We had a wonderful time!! Our family has been renting homes/condos at the coast for many many years. These hosts were, by far, the most accommodating that we have ever experienced. They thought of everything a family would need, from a plentiful supply of paper products to all towels and linens to hygiene items. Our puppies loved the fenced-in backyard where they could run around while we enjoyed the firepit.Thank you for a wonderful week!

This rental was amazing!! I have never stayed at a place that was this well stocked!! They had everything you would need and more. They thought of all the little stuff!! Very clean and updated! The owners were extremely nice, with quick response. We will definitely stay here again!!

This house is so ready for renting. The most well appointed kitchen in a rental I have ever seen. Also the beach towels, chairs and toys were great. No need to bring your own. It has hot water in the outside shower. Who does that? I gave it a 5 because the house and all the set up was perfect. One thing to note is it is very close to the beach but you have to cross a very busy road. With smaller grand children we had to be mindful of that. The backyard area is great with the gas fire pit.

Everything was truly wonderful and the house was perfect. We had a blast and enjoyed the location. We will definitely be back!

We had the best week on Topsail Island!!! The house is perfect!! It was very neat and clean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed including all beach supplies! Beautiful deck and fire pit. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great! 1 minute walk to the beach!!! I look forward to going and staying there again. All communications with host were easy and friendly! We enjoyed our stay here so much! The place is so clean and everything shown in the pictures is exactly how everything looks. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. It is a great location so close to the beach and so close to some amazing places to eat. Can’t recommend enough, we will definitely be back!!

Our family had a fantastic stay! This property was just a hop, skip and a jump across the street from the beach...excellent location! The backyard offers a great shady outdoor retreat when needed...loved the party lights and the coastal trees. The house was clean and open...loved the wall of sliding glass doors to the front deck as well as the extra sun room in the back for a little extra living space. The upstairs was the perfect private Master Bedroom location. Close to shops/pier/restaurants. Sugar Island bakery/bookstore...a highly recommended adventure in Surf City! 10/10!

We stayed here for a long weekend over New Year’s with our two kids and two dogs. The house had everything that we needed for both humans and dogs. The hosts were great and responsive to my questions before and during our stay. Beach access was right across the street. Fantastic spot and we will absolutely keep it in mind the next time we are planning a trip to Surf City!

This house is fantastic for your beach vacation. It was the most well-stocked short-term rental I’ve ever stayed in (beach gear, cookware, pantry essentials, coffee, first aid supplies, board games, laundry detergent - you name it, it’s there!). Check in was easy, the beach access is right there, driveway has plenty of room, backyard fire pit is great and easy to use. No complaints, would recommend wholeheartedly!

My wife and adult kids decided to vote early and escape the crazy of Election Day. We couldn’t have picked a better place!! The house was very well equipped, updated and super clean. With beach access right across the street the location was ideal. But the game changer was the great backyard with a fenced in backyard with gas firepit. We would definitely stay again!

We had the most amazing stay for a long weekend with our adult children. This house is well kept, has a wonderfully cozy backyard with gas fire pit, and the owners have provided every amenity needed for a great time at the beach which is a 2 minute walk away. We loved the fact that the owners provided instructions for every item provided in the house and that they do everything to keep this house in tip-top shape! Thank you again! We will be coming back!
