Ocean View family home, Game room, Walk to beach & Nubble Lighthouse!

Great host, beautiful home, very roomy and clean

We have been fortunate to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with our family in this spacious and well appointed home for numerous years. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with scenic views, has spacious and comfortable bedrooms with a well equipped kitchen. The communication is timely and the area manager is prompt to reply and very accommodating. We highly recommend!

The kitchen is very well equipped, although we did very little cooking for ourselves. The house is exquisitely decorated, with plenty of space for an abundance of guests.

An extraordinary home that would be ideal for families with kids. Terrific views and close to everything.

Wonderful house. Perfectly appointed and situated. Close to everything but very private and not impacted by people or traffic. A wonderful stroll to the beach. Also the hosts and their local caretaker were immediately responsive to deal with a couple of little, small items.

Multi family/Multi Generational GEM! Loved everything about our stay. The house was large and comfortable with generous space for everyone and plenty of things to do/games for the kids (their favorite was the old school packman arcade game). The hosts were kind, responsive, and attentive and did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed. Everyone in our group was beyond impressed and grateful for all the amenities provided and loved watching the sunset from the roof deck.

I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at many excellent homes and this is one of the best. With a large family including small children, I wanted a location that was convenient to drive and walk to. The peninsula is in a nice community and has sidewalks which makes walking with children easy and safe. The Nubble lighthouse is a lovely and convenient walk from the house. The house is fill with games and conveniences such as baby seats and baby beds which makes travel easy. Only trouble was that we had a heat wave during our trip and a broken AC unit. The host was easy to contact and they quickly tried to fix the problem. Overall, a great location, a great home and great host.

Our family of 8 were in town for a winter wedding and this home was absolutely perfect for us! It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had plenty of areas for everyone to enjoy. The views from the top deck were breathtaking and it was only a short drive to the lighthouse and beach. You could easily walk to both. The open concept kitchen made it easy to cook and entertain while the boys especially loved the arcade games and air hockey in the basement. It was too chilly to use the outdoor space but it looked like another wonderful place to spend time. Monica was an exceptional host, answering all of our questions and providing a booklet of suggestions for the area ahead of our stay. We can’t wait to visit again this summer when it’s a little warmer! Thank you!
