Ocean View Escape: Heated Pool, Putting Green, Fire Pit, Steps to Beach

Beata and team were fantastic every step of the way. All communication was extremely fast and helpful. Everything listed was available and working properly. We had any and everything we needed in the kitchen and more towels than I've ever seen in a rental. We were SET! My kids are a little feral and broke a couple of items that we replaced, but they were so kind and understanding about it all. During such a stressful time in our family's life (being displaced due to a house fire), this was truly a breath of fresh air. We miss it there already! And if we could, we would've stayed longer! Thank you for making this so wonderful for us and our kids. Also, their cleaner is AMAZING and also very helpful! She was responsive and attentive to anything we needed. You don't find that a lot so I think it speaks volumes of what a great team they all make.

What a great family vacation we had ! House was in a great location and was stocked with so many amenities. Our granddaughters loved the pool and the video games. The backyard was great to hang out in and we liked that it was fenced in. We had our youngest granddaughter ( 6 months) with us and really appreciated the high chair provided. Thank you for hosting us. I’ll definitely rebook if we come back to Topsail and will check out your other properties.

This was a new area for our 3 generation family beach week. Everyone had a great time. The house and all inside and outdoor furnishings were comfortable and good quality. The spacious pool was a big hit for everyone, especially the kids. It was nice to not worry about linens, paper supplies, seasonings and condiments. We like the pay it forward concept. The short walk to the beach was no issue. The beautiful beach was great for walking and for kids. We would definitely recommend this place.

This is a very special property. The owners have given great thought to every possible need/interest!We spent our 40th Anniversary week along with 10 adult friends/family.Plenty of together space, and alone space.Kitchen was impeccably and thoughtfully stocked, as were ALL the bathrooms. Lots and lots of fabulous beach chairs, umbrellas, and having fun in the sand equipment. Fully fenced yard kept out dog safe, secure, and able to join in the fun.Pool is lovely, complete with shaded trellis/sun shade area.This house has it ALL, and then some.Communication with owner was excellent before, during, and after. No concern was too small, response was helpful, pleasant and timely. Thank you for a fun a fabulous experience, we thoroughly enjoyed it .

the house was just as described. It had plenty of space, was clean and well taken care of. I have never stayed in a house were the kitchen was stocked with anything you ever could need. Plenty of everything. Loved the pool and all the outdoor toys. Location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Perfect stay.

The house was amazing and in great condition and was very clean.Plenty of things at the house to do, lots of games and toys for the kids to play.Had everything that you needed for a day at the beach. Owners and property management were extremely prompt in getting back to your questions. We would come back to this house again and we would highly recommend it.

This was a great house for our annual business planning retreat.The property is an easy walk to the beach. The heated pool was perfect as the ocean water was too cold but the pool was perfect. The management was very communicative and addressed any concerns quickly. I definitely recommend this place.

The house is awesome. It is a very roomy, well furnished vacation home. The bedding is good and the furnishings nice. Our family really enjoyed sitting on the porches and taking in the views of North Topsail Beach. We bought a 4x4 access pass and drove the short distance to the New River Inlet access point and sat on the inlet, fished, and relaxed watching all the boats come in and out. Not a place to swim due to high currents but we don't do a lot of swimming in the ocean anyway. My daughter brought her 9 month old baby and the house is well appointed for children and babies with a high chair, portable crib, and kid friendly plates and cups. The back yard is really nice with plenty of seating, a heated pool, and lots of pool floats. The host provides plenty of towels for indoor and outdoor use. The grill is decent and the propane tank was full when we arrived. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a large table that seats 10 + for dining and playing games or whatever activities you might have in mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for another stay.

House was spacious and beautiful. Filled with all the necessary amenities and more. Great location, few min walk to the beach/inlet. Incredible heated pool. The whole family enjoyed their stay. Host was very quick to respond.

Plenty of space and things to do at the house after a busy beach day. Carry over items from previous stays helped with supplies, and items used and out of stock were dropped off same day. Would def rent again.

This place is amazing! It's very close to the beach and has a private pool (where we spent most of our time.) The house is immaculate with comfy furniture, a great kitchen, and smart TVs all over. Also, Christine was super proactive with anything we needed and always available via text. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the absolute best house in North Topsail Beach!
