Inside

Tickled Pink was designed to give groups room to be together without feeling crowded.

The upper level naturally becomes the gathering place — coffee before everyone else wakes up, meals around the table, card games appearing after dinner, and conversations that somehow keep going longer than expected.

The lower level gives everyone another place to spread out. Someone wanders downstairs for just a minute and suddenly Miss Pac-Man turns into a challenge and everybody starts joining in.

Soft pink accents woven throughout the home add warmth, personality, and a little extra vacation energy to the space.

Pool volleyball turns into rematches. Somebody heads toward the putting green while somebody else claims a lounge chair. Kids are swimming, adults are catching up, and everyone seems to naturally drift back together throughout the day.

Then suddenly it's late afternoon.

The heated zero-entry pool tends to become the star of the show, but the spaces around it matter just as much — multiple decks, gathering areas, fire pit conversations, and room for everyone to stay connected without all sitting in the same place.

And when beach time calls, it's close enough to make shell walks, ocean time, and spontaneous trips to the sand feel easy.

Hi — I'm Beata.

Tickled Pink always makes me smile because it feels like the kind of house where vacation naturally starts happening.

I wanted it to feel bright, welcoming, and easy — a place where people gather around the pool, settle into deck chairs, lose track of time outside, and create the kinds of memories everyone still talks about later.

I personally manage every reservation because hospitality matters deeply to me. Small things are automated for speed so nothing waits. Anything important comes directly from me.

Our Pay-It-Forward pantry works the same way this house does: take what you need, leave what you can.

For liability and insurance reasons, our maximum occupancy of 12 people applies at all times — daytime and overnight. We completely understand larger groups often vacation nearby and want to gather together, but the total number of people on the property may not exceed 12 at any point during your stay.
Exterior security cameras are located at home entry areas and driveway locations for guest safety, security, and occupancy verification. There are no interior cameras anywhere on the property.
