Ocean-view beach home - private hot tub, elevator, cook's kitchen - dog-friendly

We loved the house and so close to the beach! We will be back!

Great pool, hot tub & putting green! Teens loved it all. Very easy access to beach. Lots of parking! Comfortable for 3 families and older teen kids.

Sadly things promised were not working. No help with requested assistance. Could be a good home if thoroughly cleaned and repaired.

The photos of this property must have been taken prior to anyone ever staying here. The house was in disarray, with water damage, mold growing on ceilings, the fridge, and items found in the kitchen. The spindles on the banister for the stairs were falling out and a small child could have very easily fallen through. The fridge, stove, vaccum, and multiple chairs were broken, along with the hot tub not being available for use during our stay. On top of this, the house was filthy when we arrived, and they had to bring in an emergency cleaning crew who attempted to clean the main living area and kitchen. I have stayed in many rental homes over the years and I am sad to say that this one was by far the dirtiest upon arrival. That being said, if the house gets a good cleaning, and some TLC, it could be a very nice place to stay with easy beach access. But until that happens, it was not worth the money we paid.

On entering the house, we found: Dog hair on all rugs and bedding. Dog urine in multiple rooms on floor. Food crumbs in kitchen (floor, counters, table). Poop in toilets. Multiple hairs in every shower. Hot tub cover was upside down and had a vape on it. Attempted to call local and phone number on arrival due to cleanliness issues. Left messages with no response ever received. Messaged via trip manager and text number. Both requested photos, which I immediately sent. I was told someone local would contact me ASAP. No one ever contacted me. I was finally able to talk to someone 2 days later, when I called AGAIN. I did finally get a call from local management after that, when we were issued a VERY small refund. 6 of us scrubbed the house and rewashed all bedding before we would unpack. Such a waste because the house was actually quite nice, close to beach access, beds were comfortable and outdoor spaces/screened porch were great.

Fully stocked with everything you need! Comfortable beds! Extremly short walk to a beach access! Apparently there aren't allowed any golf carts unless they are tagged (license plate). We only brought ours because my mom just had surgery. My husband talked to the cops. Explained the situation. They were awesome! They sat where we had to cross the road to make sure we were safe. They were amazing! I called the rental company to report something minor. They came the next morning to take care of it. They also called the day we were arriving to make sure we had a safe trip in.

Great location. Very private. Pool and Hot-Tub were both excellent.
