Stayed Aug 25, 2020Beautiful views, beautiful apartment, everything we needed. Right on the beach, even got to see whales breaching behind the reef, it was surreal.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed with our stay. When we arrived we found dirty dishes in the cupboards. Our bed sheets were also dirty, they had white spots and other marks on them. The shower had mould and the water pressure was very low so barely any water came out the shower head. Paying a cleaning fee doesn’t seem reasonable as we had to do most of the cleaning ourselves and it’s evident the apartment doesn’t get cleaned properly by professional cleaners.

Stayed Mar 11, 2022This is a beautifully located property, and nicely fitted out. There is no wifi (or at least no information anywhere about wife) although it is advertised as having wifi. We were overcharged $20 compared with the invoiced amount. I have attempted to get this rectified both with the property owner/manager and Stayz. Neither have assisted. This is not ok. Oh, and the smoke alarms went off, and off, and off …. Until someone finally came and removed them .. but not until we were weeping and rocking in the corner with the incessant noise. All in all a fairly rubbish experience. Had someone bothered to follow up about the overcharging I probably wouldn’t have spent time writing these comments, but it’s a bit much when Stayz asks me a number of times for feedback, but actually haven’t responded to my request for reimbursement of the overcharge. Really I should have asked for at least a partial refund given the misleading advertising re the wifi and the broken and ear splitting smoke alarms…

Stayed Dec 18, 2021Well equipped modern kitchen, modern apartment by the seaside. Weber BBQ on balcony, day bed, modern outdoor setting, comfy leather suites, spa bath with ocean views, stairs up to apartment so be mindful if you have back issues or a pram. Beds not very comfortable, too soft for my liking. Great communication from property manager. Very close to pub, town ans across the road from the beach.
