Ocean Springs 'Magnolia Beach House' on Pvt Beach!

Breathtaking views from nearly every window in the house. Even with 10 people in the house we all felt we had privacy when needed and plenty of gathering room when needed. Wonderful outside seating options with 2 balconies and large outside space by pool. Everything you could need was provided. Beds and couches were so comfortable! Everyone agrees we will be back next year.

The house is very spacious with many amenities. They provide beach towels which is very nice.

The property is well designed to accommodate large gatherings. In our case, numerous family members were in town for the 90th birthday party for our oldest aunt. The elevator made it possible for the senior members to visit in the comfortable main living space, overlooking the ocean. Younger members enjoyed the pool and beach. At days' end, the Arkansas group got the whole upstairs, our GA couple took the main level king suite & everyone else (sadly, for them) bunked with local family.

It was too early in the season to use pool. and having to call an hour before we needed to use the hot tub turned us off. no jets in hot tub. Too bad it is not electric heat. Other than that it was enjoyable to be able to spend time on the beach looking at awesome sunsets and watching the pelicans, herons etc including dolphins go after shrimp. The one-ply toillet paper in the master bath was surprising. List of restaurants and prices need updating. Would be nice to know which ones deliver as no one really wanted to leave the comfort of Magnolia Beach House. Beautiful place.

Absolutely stunning! We came for Cruising the Coast 2025 and had a wonderful time. The grand kids loved the pool and catching crabs on the beach. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and was very well stocked. The drive into the property had the most spectacular view of the sunset. Loved every second of our stay.

Wonderful experience in beautiful home on quiet beach! Dolphins, pelicans, sea birds, quiet waves, beautiful private beach! Was a dream come true for my family! And so close to the home and beautiful museum of my favorite artist, Walter Anderson. We will be back!

What a beautiful place! Very pleased with our stay! Checkin was very smooth. Had all the amenities that you would need from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of toys to enjoy activities outside (paddle board, kayak, bikes, bag boards). And the view from every room could not be beat! Future guests…I would recommend bringing your own water and ice unless you are used to well water and not city water. Will definitely try to rent this place again!

The Magnolia Beach House is a 5 Star experience. My family truly enjoyed our time here. The house is perfectly located on a quiet beach just steps from the house. The pictures show just how beautiful this home is. Everything we needed was provided. We have already booked it for next summer.

Great area to relax and unwind for a getaway. The beach house had all the extras you need to feel special. You can catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets from this location. The owners have put much consideration into all the extras for families like having beach toys, kayaks and bikes. The dead end street makes it even better as it’s so quiet and no disturbances from noisy traffic. Definitely can’t go wrong with a visit here.

We loved the privacy and the house had everything we wanted!

This home is beautiful and perfectly set up for a large group wanting to spend time at a private beach. Kitchen is very well stocked including crockpots, air fryer, electric skillet and any kitchen utensil you can think of. Rest of home is also well stocked including, plenty of toiletries, bath towels, washclothes, spare bedding, lounge blankets and beach towels. Outdoor activities for beach, sand and pool are also generously provided including 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, boogie boards, 2 bicycles, plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, baby pool float, etc. Property manager was very kind and responsive. I had one issue and needed the owner to help and walk me through it, the owner was so nice, helpful, and funny. Absolutely would like to stay here again! Thank you for allowing my family to stay and have such a wonderful time at your beautiful home!

High-end finishes. Huge Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. 2 primary suites. Elevator makes packing in and out a breeze. This has been our Christmas destination for the past two years and we couldn’t have wished for anything better. The owners were amazing and immediately responsive both years. The hot tub was the icing on the cake.
