Ocean Side Canal Half Duplex, 37' Dock, 600' To Channel With Pool

Everything here was perfect for us. We stayed for a full week. The washer and dryer and the pool were fantastic. We loved being able to keep the boat trailer on property. The decor was adorable, and the bed was super comfy! Nice short trip out out to the ocean, caught fish which was the whole point! Too hot for the fire pit, but there was wood here and would’ve been nice in the cooler months. Outside lighting, fan, and seating was great! Highly recommend, can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful host, great location, nice property. The pool was a nice bonus and we liked the short idle zone. Boat dockage was perfect. Highly recommend for the price.

This property was perfect for our stay! Clean, looks newly remodled. Had everything we needed to make our stay a fantastic experience! We brought our boat and were able to keep the trailer in the front of the unit and keep the boat at the dock in the backyard! We had great luck Yellowtail fishing and seeing the local attractions. We will very likely book again for next year if available! Highly recommended.

This was an awesome rental for our week in Marathon! It is up to date, attractive and cozy. Very nice unit. We would love to visit again and would definitely seek this rental first if available. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We have absolutely zero complaints. Canal offered quick deep water access to the Atlantic for some excellent yellowtail snapper fishing.

This duplex was immaculate and well equipped. Great outdoor space. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores, restaurants, beach, etc. Manatees made it perfect!

The most responsive host of all of VRBO. Our pool was mostly shaded so it wasn’t as warm as the other side. Literally zero complaints and looking forward to our return when possible. We were able to park the rented pontoon at the dock and the kayaks were fantastic.

Everything was as we hoped. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. The grill was very nice. We spent much of our time in the porch. Wonderful space.

Two Peas in the Keys host Ernie responded quickly to inquiries prior to and during our week's visit. The duplex had everything needed for the beach, fishing, plenty of parking, comfortable furniture, bedding, a well supplied kitchen, wonderful lounging areas outside of the duplex, spent several hours each day on the back porch, every amenity listed was on site.

The place was nice and Earnie was great with communicating. Hope to be going back again soon.

What a beautiful piece of paradise. Centrally located to easily explore the Keys with everything you need and more. We took advantage of the bikes and kayak provided. The pool was perfect for dipping in and cooling off. We saw iguanas, cranes, pelicans, fish and manatees all from the dock! Highly recommend this place!

Second year staying here and already booked again for next year! This place has it all. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need, along with a great little lanai on the canal. Comfortable bed.Ernie always responds in a positive and timely manner.

Awesome little place. A piece of paradise for sure. Perfect for 2 people. Well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Well kept and super clean. Communication with the property owner was beyond excellent.

Communication was amazing. Property is exactly as described, clean, new and perfect. We really enjoyed the location, close to everything but felt very private. Just a couple houses from the ocean down the canal, kayaks were great to have for short outings. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The place was very clean and well appointed. What i did not like was all the add on fees. The price listed is no where close to what you pay and for that price we could have stayed at a hotel on the water.
