Ocean Mile H-2 - Beach Front, Pet Friendly, Community Pool!

Very nice property

Pros You are paying for the location as the deck has a great view of the ocean. We saw several schools of dolphins one day from the deck. The king bed was comfortable, and the house did not have access clutter. Cons Need regular ice trays the decorative fish and stars are cute but don't make much ice. Replace the cookware - pans are very scratched, couch had stains and needs cleaning as do the rugs. The price to me was high for the actual accommodations!

Great stay! Townhome was nice! I’ve stayed all over the Island for over 50 years. Price is above average for an oceanfront condo in this complex.

Fellow neighbors were all very friendly. Had to purchase a CO detector because the unit did not have one.

Property was exactly as advertise. Would have like to have had screens in the windows to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf. Noticed other people had screens. Was surprised about having to walk the broad walk in front of the condos to get to the beach access. The parking under the condo was very tight with the pylons making it hard to open both the front and rear doors at the same time.

The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and have everything we needed for our stay. Gulf Coast Vacation Properties was a dream to deal with as a management company. We took advantage of the vacation rental credit that was offered and enjoyed the beach, cart, umbrella, and two bikes. We love staying in the east end by the park. It is very quiet yet close enough to town to access any stores we need. We enjoyed dinner at Blue Parrot and Paddy's. The drive to Apalach was gorgeous and we enjoyed dinner at Half Shell Dockside. The Family Seafood Restaurant on the way into town after the infamous right turn was outstanding. I am already looking for dates to book our next trip. Sunrises are magical and sunsets over the bay were dreamy. St. George Island is quite possibly heaven. Beachaven is quite possibly the greatest place to stay on the Island.

This was our first trip and won't be our last. We loved how uncommercialized it was. Our condo was on the beach with easy access and great views. The condo was clean and updated! The beds were super comfortable. The beach was as never crowded and while not quiet as pretty as Destin - I would choose it because we of the relaxed layout back vibe!
