2nd Level of the Home:

Enjoy the convenience of a half bath, while the inviting kitchen, featuring a center island for dining, sets the scene for delightful culinary adventures. Plus, with the added convenience of a washer and dryer, every aspect of your stay is designed for comfort and ease.
NOTE: There is no dishwasher in this unit at this time.

3rd Level of the Home:
The entire upper floor is exclusively dedicated to the master suite, featuring a king-size bed for unparalleled comfort. Ascend the stairs from the open living space to enter this serene sanctuary. The master suite boasts an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and offers access to a charming small balcony with a seating area, perfect for relaxation with a good book.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 2 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• Please take note that renters are not allowed to bring in personal watercraft such as boats, jet skis, etc. You may bring in and use kayaks.

••• This home is not pet-friendly.

••• Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a background check is required per community guidelines. The fee is $50 per person and is non-refundable.

'Ocean isles was the perfect vacation. Beautiful property, pool, and dock. We loved sitting out by the water at night. Close to everything. Management company was very responsive. Can't wait to come back!
