Had a fun girls weekend with my daughter's friends. The house is very beautiful and spacious for a large group. The beds and couches were comfortable and the downstairs unit was perfect for us older folks to be able to go to bed earlier than the younger adults in our group. The pool was nice with plenty of chairs and pool tools/floats to enjoy. We had an issue with the door codes not being correct, but was quickly remedied with a quick phone call to Vacasa. The house was spotless; however, the front outdoor area including the steps could have used a quick freshening up. I would definitely rent this home again and recommend it for others.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful! It was everything that I needed and more. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and care that was put into this home. I will definitely stay again. I strongly recommend.

December 2022: This beach house looked great online and the interior looked beautiful. Upon arrival it was just as the pictures presented & we loved the beautiful interior. Unfortunately, this great rental was in a delapated neighborhood that was in great need of upkeep. A beautiful beach house in the middle of run down mobile homes and horrible unkept yards. Mobile homes are just fine, but these were horrible. The online reviews were spot on, it was in need of a proper cleaning & the upstairs renters could be heard stomping around every day. The interior space was actually really great and perfect for a short or long stay, it just needed to be cleaned (sinks clogged with hair and floors were dirty) and relocated to a clean neighborhood. True Definition: something that is in poor condition but that is likely to become valuable with appropriate care or attention. Except for the bad neighborhood. Thank you so much for this feedback! We will use it to improve this home for future reservations. I'm very glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay with us! Cute place at end of neighborhood, semi quite area. You will hear the people above so brace for that, if they have dogs you'll hear them too. WiFi was mediocre at best, ended up having to use my hot spot. Pull out bed is exactly that, couch is comfy. Could use some more cooking utensils but enough to suffice. Crock pot is broken and shower head lacks pressure. Other than that it's a beautiful location and pleasant stay. Really enjoyed the salt water pool as it was 85ish water all week. This stay depends alot on who your upstairs neighbors are and how long you actually utilize the house. It's a good place to knock out and hang out for a few with a nice front covered patio. Bit tight and bright so plan on putting kids in room with you bc the whole house is windows. Would probably go back but only if I knew who was above me for sure and the price wasn't so much.

The house was nice, in a quiet neighborhood. It was only a few minute drive from the beach. The cleanliness of the home on arrival was a big issue that left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths.

The house was beautiful. There were a few things that could have been slightly better but the overall experience was exceptional.
