• Ocean, Golf, and Parkland Views: Watch the waves breaking in front of the Jan Juc Surf Club. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, golf course, and parklands from your front-row seat on the deck. Beautiful home, close to all amenities, remarked another visitor.

• Light-Filled and Spacious: The open plan living area upstairs is bright and airy, with large windows that frame the ocean and park views. The main living area was a favourite spot for relaxing with a book or watching TV, said a guest.

• Comfort and Style: Comfortable lounges and a day bed offer plenty of space to kick back and relax. A second living area downstairs provides additional room for kids to play or watch TV. We had a wonderful time relaxing in this beautiful, spacious home.

• Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Stacker doors open onto multiple decks, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea air and peaceful surroundings. The balcony was a personal favourite! shared one guest. Great Airbnb! Super spacious, with lots of areas to relax in, shared another visitor.



KITCHEN DELIGHTS:



• Fully Equipped and Modern: The kitchen features high-quality stainless steel appliances, including an induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, and double fridge. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed preparing meals together, noted a guest.

• Social Hub: The kitchen opens to a dining area with a Scandi-style table that seats 8, creating a perfect space for family meals or gathering with friends. Great space for family dinners and socialising, remarked a visitor.

• Bright and Airy: Large windows and sliding doors ensure the kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light, making it a pleasant place to cook and dine. We loved the open-plan design and the natural light throughout the home.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:



Master Suite: The upstairs master bedroom offers a King bed, ceiling fan, walk-in robe, and luxurious ensuite. Step out onto the deck for morning coffee with views of the golf course and parklands. Waking up to the view from the master bedroom was incredible, said a guest.

• Comfortable and Private: Three additional Queen bedrooms downstairs provide comfort and privacy for guests, each beautifully appointed with hotel-quality bed linens and bath towels. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, noted a visitor.

• Modern Bathrooms: The main bathroom downstairs has a spa bath and shower, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The master ensuite features a large shower, vanity, and bath. The bathrooms were clean and luxurious, shared a guest.



OUTDOOR DELIGHTS:



• Alfresco Entertaining: Multiple decks offer options for outdoor dining, with BBQ facilities and comfortable seating. We loved spending evenings on the deck, enjoying the BBQ and the view, said a guest. The BBQ area and sheltered entertaining space with café blinds and a modular outdoor setting are not shown in the photos.

• Private Backyard: The secure backyard is perfect for kids to play and includes a hot outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The outdoor shower was great after a surf! mentioned a visitor.

• Proximity to Nature: Surrounded by parklands and the RACV golf course, and just steps from the beach, this home is ideal for nature lovers. So close to the beach, it made our stay so easy and enjoyable, shared a guest. Families will love the children’s playground and reserve directly opposite the house.

• Wifi and Entertainment: Stay connected with fast Wifi and enjoy movies on the Smart TV. The house had everything we needed, including good Wifi and entertainment for the kids.

• Parking: Off-street parking is available in the driveway and garage, making it easy to explore the area by foot. Plenty of parking space, and we loved not needing the car to get to the beach.

• Comfortable Climate: The home is designed to stay cool in summer with double-glazed windows, ceiling fans, and cross-ventilation. We didn’t miss having A/C – the sea breeze was perfect, noted a guest. Please note: *There is no Air Conditioning (A/C), but this eco-designed house is very comfortable and well-insulated, with optimal orientation for sea breezes.



NEIGHBOURHOOD HIGHLIGHTS:



• Beaches: Just metres from Jan Juc Beach, with Bells Beach and other surf spots a short drive away. Ideal for swimming, surfing, and beachcombing. So close to the beach, it made our stay so easy and enjoyable.

• Outdoor Activities: The area offers endless opportunities for outdoor fun, including surfing, SUPing, bike riding, and golf - close enough to wheel your golf bag to the RACV Torquay course! Great location for exploring the Surf Coast.

• Dining and Shopping: Walk to the local Jan Juc cafes and pub, or take a short drive to Torquay’s shops, restaurants, and surf outlets. We loved being able to walk to the local cafes for breakfast.
