Stayed Apr 17, 2025We have stayed at Station One condos a half dozen times while visiting our UNCW student, twice in this townhouse unit. We find the central location on the island appealing - right on the beach, walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, shops. Great stay.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025This was the most challenging stay we have ever had, as there were many issues with this unit. Basically, it felt like the unit was not well kept or ready for our extended stay. The property manager was prompt in communication and tried to be helpful but the issues continued to arise throughout our time. The views, location, and area are great but sadly we would not stay at this property again.

Stayed Jan 16, 2025The unit was extremely comfortable to work all day with my business colleagues at the dining room table. We were able to get a lot accomplished while enjoying at home like accommodations. Additionally, the location was superb! We were so close to so many fabulous restaurants. The choices were abundant. We definately will be back for our annual business getaway.
