Ocean Front Single Family house

The location is lovely; however, when we arrived it was 90 degrees in the house and the thermostat was not working - horrible first night. The owner had a repair man come the next morning so that problem was resolved. The house was not clean enough for the price. Not enough parking. We left a day early.

This was a perfect spot for a beach vacation! You can not beat the location. Stunning views of beach and bay side sunsets. You can even walk to the corner for a snack and ice cream. The bring your own linens policy was new to me but I understand it's standard for many rentals here. Be prepared bring your own pillows and blankets or use a service. Would def stay again! This owner does not care. Upon arrival we determined they the HVAC did not function sufficiently to cool the property. The other was notified. She claimed she called an HVAC service without a call back several times. Basically we were told nothing she could do. She clearly knew this was a problem before renting. I demanded a refund and she flatly refuse. We have a miserable stay. The house was as hot as 80 degrees inside. We had an infant and new mother in our party and this irresponsible landlord could care less. Next time tell renters the HVAC doesn't work.

We had a great stay. Jennifer made the check-in and check-out very easy with excellent and prompt communication. This is a great location on the island, not as busy as other spots. The beach is also not as populated and easy access. The ocean views from the house are excellent. I would highly recommend this house for a family.

Couldn’t beat the location of being right on the beach and in walking distance to some restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf places. Would stay again because of the convenience of the location. Pictures are true to what you get. Property should complain to cleaning service they use, definitely need to do a better job.

We loved the home! it worked well for us because we had our adult children and grandson on the first level and my husband and i slept on the 3rd level. This way the 2nd level with kitchen and living room was the community area. We did not disturb each other if we were sleeping. Can't wait to go back next year!

There was 9 of us including an infant and a 2 year old for the Thanksgiving week.More than enough beds, perfect bathrooms and the kitchen was stocked well! 3 floors of bedrooms allowed privacy and enough space that the adults could make noise while hanging in the living area and not wake the kids. The host was super responsive and very kind. I hope to stay again soon!

The location is amazing, the views and beach are wonderful and lots to do all around this property location. We booked for a short rental- three nights mid September. The house pictures are not up to date. The home is not in good shape and maintenance not done. The furniture was worn, filthy and uncomfortable. The AC on the first two floors didn’t work. The wine fridge didn’t work , no kitchen towels , basic spices and herbs. There is a very moldy smell throughout the home. The carpets are not clean. We found sand and dirty conditions through out like it hadn’t been cleaned between last quest and a deep cleaning is long over due. We arrived at 5:00 pm . The paint is in bad shape and in areas there is paint flaking off the walls most likely due to water content in the house. There are no basic things supplied in the house to make it comfortable . We have rented many homes and have never seen one in this shape at this price point. I have not contacted Jennifer since our stay was short and we made the best of it. We had a big schedule celebrating a family birthday and didn’t want to disturb our plans with negativity about this home. It was what it was. We are landlords ourselves and we are home building contractors. This Rental needs updating both with the home and with all furnishings. Hopefully Jennifer will not be offended by this review and take some of the rents collected and invest in the home to make her home as Advertised.

We had a great time staying at this beachfront house for a much needed girls weekend! Multiple porches & beautiful views of the ocean. Definitely would stay again.

Property was in perfect spot-so nice to be ON the beach. It was clean, comfortable, easy walk to Italian ice, the bay, coffee and candy shops and mini golf. There are three floors which was not an issue for our family but those with mobility issues should note (the house description also includes this note). The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating and we all enjoyed our few days ending summer on the beach!

My family stayed here for a week in July. It was the perfect location right on the beach with amazing views from the top deck and rooftop deck. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We had no issues or reason to contact the host during our stay!

Amazing location, views can’t be beat and easiest beach location. Didn’t see a spa/hot tub anywhere after searching for the whole vacation which is listed on the amenities but otherwise perfect

Gorgeous views of the ocean. Multiple decks with easy access to the house. We were right next to the beach path. The beach was quieter than other parts of LBI, which was perfect for us. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and had plenty room for us. The living area was updated and spacious. The kitchen was super clean. There is a separate AC unit on the 3rd floor that kept us cool during the hot days and night. Jennifer was very responsive, even late at night, when we had a small issue. It was much appreciated. I would definitely stay again.
