Ocean Front Paradise in Pismo Beach

Fantastic. I would rate the place 10 out of 10.Usually pictures look better than the reality, however in this case the rental exceeded my expectations. Location was perfect, easy access to the beach, the unit had everything we could need and some.

We absolutely loved the house - it was comfortable and spacious enough for everyone to enjoy! Very short walk to the beach and downtown pismo! We will definitely come back and highly recommend!

Property was great and as described in the listing. The management of this property didn't ever feel the need to ever call me back, as they promised they would several times. They stated to me, many times it was because they manage 90 homes and were just too busy (so, why would they tell me they'd call me back in the first place???). I was simply trying to ADD (and pay for) an additional day at the beginning of my stay, but, when I was finally able to speak to them, again, by me calling them and not by them returning my calls) I was told that although the house has been empty for a week, they hadn't yet had a chance to clean it (could only hope the last visitor(s) didn't leave old food laying out or toilets unflushed - because if they had - apparently it would have been there for a week). Stains on the couch, cushions on the patio top deck are torn and stuffing coming out. Unannounced, their handyman (who drives around town in a truck) came by and went inside the house, to plug in a device at the front door entry area - which was a bit odd, and creepy.

The four of us were very comfortable and took advantage of the full living space and the relaxed atmosphere. We made the most of our 3 day stay and enjoyed wine tasting, hiking, beach strolling, a farmer's market and visits to Arroyo Grande (very charming) and SLO. If you have any mobility issues, the numerous stairs could be an issue. Luckily for us they weren't and we could take in the gorgeous views from the top deck.
