We had a wonderful girls trip here. The place was cute, clean, and easily accessible. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing and we enjoyed sitting in the living room talking as much as walking the beach. We also really appreciated the recommendations that the host sent out ahead of time for places to eat. We would definitely stay here again next summer!

This is a great property. The location, along with the proximity to the beach, is perfect. House is clean and beds were comfortable. This was our third time at this property staying around the Fourth of July. I haven’t posted about this in our prior stays, but I think it needs to be conveyed to anyone thinking of renting here in the warmer months. The two guest bedrooms are extremely warm. It’s almost as if the AC does not work in them. The room with the twin beds is the warmest. The owners have placed an upright fan in that room, and there is a ceiling fan too, but it gives little relief. The temp is probably close to mid 80s and does not cool down at night despite lowering the AC temp. The master BR and the rest of the house feels great, but those two rooms left us with some cranky teens who had a difficult time sleeping. We paid a lot to stay in the house this time and the AC really should be better for the price we paid to stay here over the July 4th weekend. If you’re visiting in the cooler months, or don’t mind a very warm room at night, then you’ll be fine. But I felt this needed to be relayed to anyone else who is thinking of staying here. We have loved staying at this property but we will be looking elsewhere next summer due to the AC situation.

The ocean view was spectacular! Every morning, we watched incredible sunrises. The beach is spectacular and it was not crowded at all. The property was clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo in Florida. The place was beautifully decorated, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing—waking up to the ocean each day was a highlight. The owner was also wonderful, very responsive, and provided great recommendations for restaurants and local activities. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was excellent. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and descriptions. The beach is right outside the back door and was a huge hit with our 4yo. Beach towels, chairs, toys, and a wagon were all available for use. Communication with the host was great. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within a 10 minute drive. Lastly, there was ample parking for two cars in front plus additional public parking a few steps away. Honestly, we had no complaints whatsoever and would happily stay at the property again.

No wiggle room whatsoever with check in/out and A LOT of rules but the home is truly a jewel and undeniably beautiful!

Very clean and comfortable. Be aware, there is parking for 2 vehicles only. Public parking was difficult for our 3rd vehicle.

This 3-bedroom condo was perfect, gorgeous, updated and well-maintained. It had everything we could imagine needing and then some, from kitchen amenities to beach towels and laundry in-house. We loved being able to enjoy the beach from sitting on the second floor balcony and viewing the sunrise from the third floor giant windows in the master bedroom. Beach access across the dunes was just steps away. Shopping and groceries were minutes away. Great dining options in Neptune Beach just 10 minutes to the north. Don't miss Witt's ice cream! I can't imagine a more perfect spot for a beach vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Ocean Front Oasis. The condo was as cute and roomy as the pictures showed. The beach chairs, wagon and cooler were huge assets. The convenience to the beach was wonderful. We watched the sunrise from bed. The beach was lovely - great for sitting and watching the waves or a long walk. Close to great restaurants and the owners had some wonderful recommendations. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We would definitely rent this space again.

My family and I had the best time here! Very clean, comfortable house. Perfect for two kids to explore and play! Had cool games to play in the house during a quick thunderstorm. The beach was steps away. Used the provided boogie boards, beach towels and chairs every day! Had hoses hooked up so we could easily wash off outside before heading inside. The washer and dryer were perfect for us and we were able to pack much less. The house is beautiful, upgraded, and well maintained. Highly recommend. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the JaxBeach house. 4 adults & 1 child. The house being right on the beach was a big hit for us all! The house vibe, the accommodations, and of course the breathtaking sunrises!! From the deck we saw dolphins and even a rare humpback whale (verified by local news video/report). Memories to cherish! I recommend this lovely beach house! Coco and management were extremely pleasant to work with. This place is A-Plus!!

This townhouse is impeccably decorated and very clean! We traveled with a 3 year old and 10 month old who are both constantly on the floor playing. We could have eaten off the floor when arriving! The views are AMAZING with direct beach access. All the rooms have smart tvs that were easy to use. The property manager was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We plan to stay here next year and highly recommend!

We chose this spot for it's proximity to the beach and were not disappointed! We had a few issues but the property manager was very responsive and addressed everything quickly. My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

We came to visit our son who lives in Jacksonville and stayed here for a long weekend. This place is perfect and Coco was great to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place. My only complaint is that YouTube wasn’t set up as site promised — lots of football playoff games — and that management company wasn’t quickly able to resolve the problem.

Our stay was just perfect. I do a lot of researching before settling on a rental and this condo checked all the boxes, exception would be no elevator. However, the layout of the steps made it very manageable. The entire condo is beautiful, clean and comfy. Lastly, the view is one of the best, and so is the team of host. .

This rental is excellent! It is clean, well taken care of, and has spectacular views. It was such a treat to wake up to the sunrise every day. Just steps from the beach, it is also located close to everything you need with respect to shopping. We had a wonderful experience.

This townhouse is without a doubt the best beachfront place we’ve ever rented. Fantastic view of the ocean from the living room & master bedroom, plus every amenity you can think of in the kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Lovely setting and great location. Enjoyed short side-trip to St. Augustine. Weather was great, so we took advantage of the short walk to the beach. Very comfortable accommodations and clean unit. Only problem was neighbors using the garbage can, which was overloaded and had thousands of flies
