Ocean Front Luxury Home

We love this home and come back every year. It is spotlessly clean and has every amenity that a 5-star hotel would have and more. The view is killer no matter the weather and it is cozy and comfortable as well. Every bed is comfortable and our whole extended family loves being here.

Another wonderful stay at this well equipped home. Our second year staying with six of us ladies and weather sunny or rainy we have a great time. Sandy responds to our questions quickly and gives us all the info on making it an easy stay. Will be back again!

There was a group of six of us in March 2026 to celebrate my 50th birthday and just spend some time together. The house was SPECTACULAR!!! The views are amazing. The house has everything you need. The home was spotless! The fireplace was welcoming and there was plenty of room for us all to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The house is also centrally located to so many things. We went to see the tulip farm, lighthouses, waterfalls, coastal drives, nature refuges (several of us are bird nerds), and went on several hikes. We saw sea lions right out the living room window multiple days. The sunsets were breathtaking. If you need a place to stay, this is the place. Book it. You will not be sorry.

The views were amazing. I would sit at the kitchen table and gaze at the ocean. The living room had amazing views. The 2 upstairs bedrooms had their own balconies. Communication was excellent. We had 10 ladies and never felt crowded. The kitchen was stocked very well. I would stay again.

We had a fabulous stay in this absolutely gorgeous home. The star of the show is the panoramic view of the ocean, but the inside of the home is quite beautiful, tastefully decorated with cool artwork. It is so well stocked, too. Host Sandy has thought of everything! We were SO comfortable there. Sandy was very welcoming and kept us in the loop on various situations. Highly recommended!

This is the third time my family of 11 has stayed here (in December). Amazing view, very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room area and bedrooms. The kids (3 & 6) loved the huge beanbags and Duplo blocks. Very quiet neighborhood (at least in the winter). Beach access a block away (down a short, but somewhat steep rocky path). Host Sandy is easy to reach and very responsive.

A beautiful house in a jaw dropping location. Perfect for a multigenerational trip, the grandparents enjoyed the view while the teens loved being down on the beach, the games, the puzzles, their huge top floor room, and the fire pit. The best outfitted kitchen I have ever rented, it has everything! We would all stay again.

The host provided great information about the house and provided us with easy methods to contact her, should we need it. The house was very clean and well stocked and had amazing ocean views.

My family has been having an annual cousin reunion at this home for the past five years!!We absolutely love it as it is very well appointed for our group, right on the ocean, and just beautifully done. The fact that we have been coming back for five straight years in a row says it all I think. :)

The view is amazing! All the rooms are clean and well equipped. The kitchen is big and holds everything you need for your stay. Some of the items are a little out dated, but worked. The private access does not take you down completely to the beach without a rock climb, but the easy access is only a block away. It was a wonderful October birthday getaway in a beautiful house! The host is amazing to work with and easy to communicate with! Will definitely make a return trip!

This was our fifth time staying here. This is one of those places where everything works and just about everything you need is here. Sandy is a super owner! She responded immediately, as usual, to our issue. James was there to fix the problem with the WiFi not once but twice; we were also really glad to meet him and get the lowdown on best places to eat around this area!

This is our fifth time staying at this beautiful Ocean Front home. My siblings and I meet once a year at the coast, and five years ago we found our forever spot. It's beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we need for a week's stay. Sandy is an amazing host and always responds so quickly to any questions we may have. We always look forward to meeting every year at this beautiful home. It truly is our home away from home.

the house had everything we needed perfect view could use some updated bath towels and a deep clean ledges and spider webs but was clean for the most part

Being in our 70's and 80's, accessing the beach was somewhat of a challenge as was the tv. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. The view was unmatched and we enjoyed the firepit several evenings. Thanks for providing the wood! A heads up - It was clean but there were towels in the washer and rugs in the dryer which was not a big deal to me. Comfortable home!

We loved this place! The house was spacious where everyone had private quarters as well as plenty of communal space for us. The view is incredible! If you don't feel like getting out, you can still watch the ocean while remaining cozy inside. However there is easy access to the beach and we all spent a lot of time walking along and appreciating the majesty of the ocean during sunrise and sunset!The area is within a short drive to golf courses and beautiful hikes. We loved ending a full day sitting around the fire pit at sunset and later. And because vacations for us include plenty of R&R, we appreciated having the cozy pillows and blankets available for lounging!All in all, a wonderful place!

What a great location. Right on the beach. The windows were amazing and views stunning. The split level layout made it easy for one of the older couples to only walk up a few steps to their bedroom after walking up the flight of stairs to get to the main floor. The property description is accurate but pay attention to the stairs. The kitchen was great with anything you would need in the cupboards. We enjoyed the people watching as the area right next to the house was a public access. Our only negative was that we had fog the whole 3 days we were there. Bummer. We’ll have to return so we can enjoy the beautiful Oregon Coast when the sun is shining.

We loved our time in this home! Everything was exactly as described in the listing.The house was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the rooms were comfortable. The main living areas were spacious and comfortable for our family of nine. The view is beautiful from those huge windows, and we saw whales and seals regularly.We loved being able to be right on the beach, and took several walks.The host was very informative in her communication with us prior to coming. What's not to love about this property? Great location, beautiful home, excellent super responsive host, walks on the beach, listening to the waves. I've rented quite a few vacation homes, and so far this has been the best one.

Our family enjoyed this ocean front property with beach access right out the back door as well as close beach access nearby for those with mobility issues. Sandy was prompt to answer any questions we had. The fan for the stove is hidden - push a button and “wah lah” it will rise up from the back of the stove top;) Would definitely recommend this property.

We absolutely loved the house, the view, the gathering spaces inside and out! (The kids LOVED the nook in the bunkroom). The kitchen set up was great - every appliance you could think of was available. So many amazing memories made (esspecially for my 90-year-old mother)! Watching the gorgeous sunsets, sitting out by the fire, playing games, finishing three puzzles, eating way too much and just reconnecting with family so important! We’ll definitely be back!Having a small vacation rental in Manzanita ourselves I have a keen eye for details. Just a couple things…we found dead flies and sand grit in the window wells, a few stains and just general carpet cleaning you might consider and lastly, all bar stools matching might be nice. (Not that big of a deal- the larger stools with backs are hard to move as they’re pretty beefy. Optional Window coverings on the gravel road side would be great - a lot of sightseers walking in and out of the area with ability to see inside.Lastly, the one and only issue (that you can’t control). The neighbors dogs were borderline dangerous. Barking and threatening any other dog or human or child walking within 20 feet of their property starting as early as 5:30-6am in the am. With two large dogs and our windows open I’m sure you could imagine the constant sound (all morning, day, night long.). Clearly, a total lack of awareness/concern/empathy on their part. Really scary for all visitors walking in the area. Outside of that, we loved it!! :)

Our yearly family reunion was a success again because of the quality and beauty of this property. It was everything advertised and then some. The house was clean, instructions were clear, and the quality of all the appliances, cookware, plates, silverware etc top notch. We lacked for nothing. The communication with the agent Sandy was excellent. Nothing negative here, enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

3 generations, plenty of bedrooms, Beautiful view,easy drive into Lincoln City and Depoe Bay.Fog kept us from seeing the view for a few days, and windWas very cold at times. Still had some great walks on the beach enjoyed by all. Beach access was not easy for the older folks, but we had chairs on the bluff to watch all the action with a fire in the fire pit. Beautiful hike to Drift Creek Falls before heading home.

Great house, great location, great views. Nicely appointed and comfortable. It's hard to find a house that sleeps a lot of adults (who don't want to sleep in the same room with other adults) and still have plenty of living space to cook, eat and hang out together. This was perfect for us. Sandy is communicative. We appreciated all the thoughtful additions for kids/babies, and look forward to our next trip.

Our whole family fell in love with this place. We loved the view of the beach where we took long walks and flew kites. We got to know a seal that visited early every evening and even brought a friend onto the beach the last night, and we got to see some whales swim by. We had some beautiful sunsets, but even the foggy days were special. The house had plenty of room for our family of 12, and the kitchen was very well equipped.

We have rented this house several times and plan on returning annually forever! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed everything about a stay. Amazing house, stocked with everything you can imagine. Loved being right between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay.

The home lived up to my expectations plus some. We enjoyed front row seats of a panoramic beach view from the comfort of the living room & dining room, which was important to me for my 91 year old mother. Two upstairs bedrooms were large with wonderful views as well. Well furnished with everything we needed. The only surprise was the master bedroom was up a short flight of stairs, not the main level, but my mother was fortunately able to handle it. Overall, well worth the money!

You walk into an amazing view of the beach and the waves rolling in, just spectacular! The kitchen is nicely equipped and cooking in it was fun, just know that the smoke detector is sensitive and steam from the oven will set it off. We made sure to open the exterior doors when opening and closing the ovens. If you don't do much cooking, it's not a concern. It is so difficult to find a home with 6 bedrooms at a decent price, this is the one! We will definitely return next year!

What a stunning view right from the living room and kitchen of this property! The third floor bedrooms also have a beautiful ocean view! The kitchen was amazingly well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for our group! We were able to check in a few hours early at no extra charge and I’m so appreciative of those extra hours our first day! The access to the beach was very conveniently located only a block away. The downsides are that the home has lots of stairs and may not be ideal for the young/older members of your party; there is a bedroom off the side of the garage that is only accessible through the garage or an outside door, which is odd; and the king-sized mattress on the third floor is very hard and uncomfortable. The home has lots of nice touches like a very cute “bunk room” for kids, lots of puzzles, outside chairs with a fire pit (but it would have been nice if a small amount of firewood was provided), blankets, beach towels, and beach toys. There were lots of extra towels with lots of hooks and places to hang them to dry. The home is maybe a bit worn here and there, but was pretty darn clean. We accidentally came in through the bedroom off the garage and the floor right on the inside of the door looked like it had not been vacuumed. That slightly worried me, but everything else appeared to be clean and ready for us. We would definitely book again if we are expecting a large group! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We so enjoyed our stay while we were in Gleneden beach for a conference. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the home and beach front.

Great house with lots of rooms and very comfortable. Very clean and with all the supplies we could hope for. Used the ovens, stove, and outside grill. The water at high tide comes up to the rocks (covers the sandy beach). House looks out on the ocean with gorgeous views (at the top of the bluff/rocks - about 40 feet down to the water).

My family went to the coast to ring in the New Year and celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We had plenty of room for everyone and we loved the view! Everything was pretty clean.

Our family had 11 people in the house ranging from ages 15 to 70. The house had everything we needed. The view was amazing. The location was great. It was easy to get to lookout points, beach towns and the beach was in our backyard. We had a great time. The owner was easy to work with. We would definitely come back.

Second time that my family (9 adults, 2 kids) has stayed at this house, and we loved it. Plenty of room for all of us. Very well-appointed kitchen (it's got everything!). Gorgeous views of the ocean! Quiet neighborhood. Easy beach access one block north (walk only takes a few minutes). Books and toys for the kids, puzzles for the adults. Buckets and shovels for the beach. This house has absolutely everything we could need for a long weekend. Excellent communication with the owner, too--prompt and friendly with clear expectations. Thank you!!

Perfect Holiday stay choice! Visiting our adult children in PNW and picked this home so we could all be together and enjoy the ocean as much as possible at the same time. I had family members back home that told me the pictures looked photo shopped because of the ocean pics right outside the windows. NOPE! No photoshop needed… that is exactly what you see from the front room and kitchen all day long! Home was clean, open, perfectly located, communication was perfect. Really could not have been more pleased Easy access to beach as well. The only thing I would note- and I only think about this because we almost brought my handicap mom…there is no bathroom on the home main level, so you have to be able to do stairs.You actually have to do stairs to be able to access the home at all. There is a bedroom/bathroom on the street level that a handicapped person could use/access… but they would have to stay in that room and could not join everyone else in the main house section. We did not use that room at all since there was so few of us and so many rooms in the main house section. If my kids are still in Oregon next year, we will most likely see about renting this house again for Thanksgiving week- we hated to leave!

The location on the beach is just perfect for us and being able to sit and watch the ocean from the living room couch is priceless. Always clean and well-maintained, we have come to love this home very much and have made some wonderful family memories here.

While the weather didn't cooperate, the house more than made up for it as we felt just like we were sitting on the beach.

We’ve stayed here two years in a row and both times were excellent! The house layout is nice and open (kitchen/eating/living space). There is an amazing view of the ocean from the patio! I could sit out there all day! Love the fire pit!! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking for the family. The trail to the beach is difficult for older family members, so just be aware of that. If you’re able-bodied, you won’t have a problem.

Perfect property for our family get-together. Four generations visiting from OR, IL, UT, MN & Alaska. The house was well-appointed with everything necessary for large family dinners, including addl parking for visitors staying elsewhere. Stunning location with expansive views!
