OCEAN FRONT home with POOL, Great LOCATION near pier, 5 bed & 5 bath

This is our second time having Thanksgiving here. We would Love to do it again next year

Great setting on the beach!

What an amazing property with gorgeous views! Having the beach and the pool so close was especially great with a large family. The location, an easy walk to OIB pier, fantastic children’s park, and shops made it simple to mobilize our extended family of ten. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything needed to make meals at home. Having an additional ice maker and an extra fridge underneath, also a plus! Communication with owner was always easy, as she accommodated us when she could. We had a lovely time!

We just left our weeks stay and couldn’t have worked out better! Everything was as expected; well stocked kitchen, plenty of room at the table for family dinners and close enough for the teens to go get ice cream, açaí bowls, donuts - as well as play putt putt. Had one issue which was quickly addressed and really ended up to be a non-issue. Very very responsive! Would definitely recommend.

We were so pleased with the cleanliness, location, and kitchen stocked with everything needed for cooking. Already booked for next year!

We loved this house! Very spacious! The proximity to the ocean plus a pool can’t be beat. We parked our vehicles and never moved them the whole week. Easy walking distance to the park, ice cream, putt putt golf, gift shops and restaurant. Wonderful relaxing week in a beautiful beach house!

My family loves staying at this location at Ocean Isle Beach. This is the second year we have rented this house and next year is already booked. The house is perfect for large families. The pool is certainly a bonus. The house is clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner is easy and always responded to quickly. The only recommendations would be to switch out some of the older pans. Already looking forward to next year.

The place was perfect, house, pool and location. 9 adults and 4 kids. More than enough room. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, that made it very nice. We will stay again and strongly recommended.

Relaxing vacation at Ocean Isle. This property had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation on the beach. We enjoyed the pool, the easy beach access porch lounging, etc. It is a lovely home and we enjoyed our time here immensely.

Very relaxing

Short but wonderful stay. The house was very clean and had a well stocked Kitchen. None of the outlets in the bathrooms worked, but was able to use the ones in the bedrooms. The AC wasn’t working as well downstairs as upstairs, so a little warm in bedrooms at night. Other than that, a beautiful home and pool and the beach was also beautiful. Would definitely rent again!

Great place to stay and exactly as advertised.

House was clean. Great location. Lots of parking, On the beach clean swimming pool. Code to enter was incorrect.Had to call the property manager for initial entrance, Everything else was 5 stars.

This property is well maintained, organized and has wonderful decks for enjoying the beach. It was perfect for our family of 10 adults and 4 young children, with plenty of room to hang out and play. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized.

We had to move from our first house due to that owner over booking and we found this place! Amazing home and perfect location. Owners were very accommodating allowing us to check in early in the morning to avoid being homeless for a day while on vacation. (Had to check out of the other place by 10). 5 stars!! Thank you!

The house, the beach, the pool...all amazing. We had 9 siblings and spouses - the house is quite comfortable with the 5 bedrooms and private bathrooms. Kitchen is probably the most well equipped we've experienced. We had everything we needed and then some. The front porch, the deck, the large living space all contributed to great family time and conversation. And, the property has space to spread out for quiet time as well. What you see in the pictures is what you get! Loved it!

Stay was cut short by tropical storm Debby Our host was outstanding in communication with us and concerned about our safety When we decided to leave early 1/3 trip was refunded in 24 hours

This house has a wonderful location just down the road from the main shopping and dining areas in OIB; everything was within walking distance! The home's interior is clean, large, and was well stocked with plenty of kitchenware for our party of 9. The walk to the beach is just a few steps and the house came with a decent selection of chairs, umbrellas, and other basic beach needs. The pool was well taken care of and big enough for our 4 kids to play when we'd had enough of the sand. OIB is a cute town. We visited for the week of the 4th and the town put on a nice parade and a fireworks show on the pier that was great to watch right from the back deck. The town was a bit crowded, but talking to others it sounded like that traffic and long restaurant waits weren't the norm. We would definitely stay again and are already looking at dates for next year! We will likely avoid holidays next time though in hopes of a bit less traffic!.

We rented both sides of this duplex, and it was perfect for our families. Everyone enjoyed the plentiful space, stocked kitchens, and overall house. Hoping to rent again when we return in 2026.

This is a great place for our annual beach trip. We had three generations in the house and there was something for everyone. Great beach, nice pool, wonderful house. We have been staying in OIB for the past 20 years and this property is one of our favorites.
