Ocean Front 5 BR Home! Yachats, Walk to Everything! Dog Friendly!

Wonderful welcome. Lights on, soft music on when we got there. Great communication.

Our beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view was amazing. We were close to town and beach access. I recommend staying at Rio Mar, I think you’ll really like it.

Great location, plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. I really appreciated how everything was in walking distance and that the property was dog friendly.

Comfortable house and fabulous location for our family.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It was such an incredible location and visit the first time, that we wanted to bring our family back. You can't beat the location. I think we parked our cars and walked everything for 4 days. It's a cozy little unit with just the essentials and a beautiful wall of windows to watch the tides, the beachgoers, the surfers and the whales. We'll be back!! It's the red house in the picture....

The view from the living room and dining room is awesome! The bedroom situation was great! There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. The mattresses were very comfortable. Great location for visiting beaches, both sandy and rocky, and for access to hiking trails, great house! Yachats is an amazing town - definitely, the gem of the coast.

The location, bedrooms and game room where all enjoyed on our stay in Yachats. Kitchen was well stocked but if your making a pie bring your own pie dish.

Wonderful views of the bay and ocean. House was nice great location and a lot of room. Cleanliness was a little disappointing. Cob webs, hairs in shower and oven has not been cleaned for a long time.The amount charged for cleaning we had higher expectations.

The3 house was very roomy, nice3 views. Every room had a heater this was nice since it was 35 degrees most of the weekend. The yard was fenced for allowing the dogs out with out worrying about running. The beds were comfortable. There weas a garage and a game room with a huge TV and room for activity. attached to a den room with a king bed. This was very handy and where we slept with our 2 Labradors. easy access in the middle of the night for outdoor breaks. There are a few steps to get in through the garage so slow going with my 87 year old mother but doable. The kitchen was stocked well a little tight with big family but we just kept it simple with 1 cooking and 2 on clean up. You can walk to town in 2 minutes and be at the store and restaurants. Great place will go again.

The view of the ocean from the living/dining room was better than the pictures, the views were simply awsome. The VRBO was clean, confortable, and quiete, and about one block from a State Park on the ocean and about one block from a number of excellent restaurants and bistros. The VRBO and Yachats greatly exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the estuary was wonderful and the location to town was great. Only downside was that the living room was not set up to seat 10 people; it really only seats 5 or 6. The dining table only has seating for 8 and we had 10 in our party.

We had an incredible stay with our parents. There’s ample room to have your own space, but the coziest of spaces to enjoy a feast together with the most amazing views. This could not have been a more perfect place to celebrate our union. Thank you for being a part of memories forever!

Usually like to stay where we are right on the beach but this house proved to be a great location. Nice shell hunting at the rocks at end of street, nice view, easy trip to beach on other side of bay, and town is walkable. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. I do expect it’s busier on weekends and mid summer.

We stayed for 3 nights in the end of August. Weather was perfect. Location is walking distance to nearly everything. Really, a gem. And the view from those big windows...endless views!!

This was an excellent place to stay! Cannot get much closer to the water with amazing views. Having said that, one downside (unrelated to the house itself) is that we had multiple campers and trailers park across the street on the side of the road essentially blocking the amazing view of the beach which was unfortunate. Otherwise, the place had multiple rooms and great common space nearby some delicious restaurants. There was also numerous trails and outdoor activities very close by!

The views and location cannot be beat! We had a most delightful stay and didn’t want to leave. We hope to be back next year.
