Ocean Block townhome with its own Private Elevator

We really liked 7 Collins. The elevator was exceptionally helpful to my wife and myself. This was are last time coming to the shore. Coldwell has made it it memorable.

The property was clean, spacious, good location, and top floor had great living space with a nice deck. We had an amazing time.

This home was more than we could have asked for. 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The main suite is huge. There were toys in the kids' room for playing- a huge bonus for our 3 year old. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We did not get the linen package, but definitely will next time. This place was large enough for our entire family (grandparents, aunt myself, my husband and our two kids - 3 years and 7 months. There were many more supplies there than anticipated which was nice. It is a stones throw away from the beach. The views from the front and back balconies were amazing. You can't beat the sunrises/sunsets from them. This place is perfect for children. We are already talking about bookin for next year!

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful - even nicer than the pictures - and was perfect for our group. It was so nice that the house was so kid friendly (baby gates, kids picnic table, toy closet, high chair). Location was great, super close walk to the beach! We hope to come back again in the future.

Super beach rental. The house is beautiful and the location is ideal--steps from the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the (many) decks. Our group included our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren and we were especially surprised and pleased at how child friendly the house is. Besides the large communal living room (which allowed the kids to play nearby but not on top of the adults) the house came with a large number of fun toys for kids. The elevator is a plus given that the kitchen is on the third floor. Having the ability to park 4 cars without extra cost was also a plus. Bill, the property manager, is fantastic (can't say enough good things about him). He responded to questions immediately and with good humor. We would all highly recommend this beach house.
