This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath home (right side of a duplex) is ideally located on the ocean side of Route 1—just steps from the beach and a short walk to local favorites like The Starboard, restaurants, and nightlife. Spread out over two levels, this home offers the space and privacy you won't find in a typical condo or hotel.

Upstairs: Private bedroom with aqueen bed and twin bed, full bathroom, and access to a spacious deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Downstairs: Second bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, full bathroom, comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Enjoy the convenience of in-unit washer & dryer, wireless internet, and TVs in both the living room and upstairs bedroom. Tucked on a quiet corner of New Orleans Street, this home offers the best of both worlds—peaceful surroundings with all the action of Dewey Beach just moments away. Whether you're here for beach days, dining, or nightlife, this location and layout make it easy to relax and enjoy everything Dewey has to offer.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
7 nights minimum required in season (Saturday to Saturday only) and 3 night minimum required off season.
No Smoking and/or Vaping Allowed
Check-in 3:00pm
Check-out 10:00am SHARP! No exceptions.

Linens, bath towels, and beach towels package is available for purchase at an additional cost of $172.80. If you choose not to purchase the package, we kindly ask that you bring your own linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

Guests are asked to supply their own paper products (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.) they may need during their stay. Guest are also to supply their own laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Excessive noise during these hours are subject to a fine and/or termination of reservation requiring guests to vacate the property without a refund.

Strict Minimum Age & Occupancy Policy:
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, must be a registered guest, and must remain in the property for the entire stay. No exceptions. We do not rent to groups consisting of or organized for guests under 25, including but not limited to senior week, prom-related stays, college gatherings, birthday parties, or similar events. Third-party bookings, chaperoned stays, or “drop-off” arrangements are prohibited. Any misrepresentation of age, occupancy, or purpose of stay will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may require guests to vacate the property.

Two (2) assigned spaces on property.
