Ocean and waterway-view duplex - pool, beach access, washer/dryer, central AC

The home is lovely. We have never stayed so far south on the island and we loved it. The view is stunning.

Yes the kitchen was fully equipped and it did have a good ocean view with no people

The serene atmosphere, the gorgeous beach and colors of the ocean. Loved how uncrowded it is. People I did meet were so friendly. It was like being in “coastal Mayberry” lol

House was great for 4 of us. The loft bed isn't private at all and I'm glad we didn't have to utilize the pull out sofa which would have made things really cramped but for the 4 of us it was ideal. Vacasa had great customer service throughout. The one 'complaint' is that nearly all other VRBOs and rentals we've used typically have leftover salt/pepper and maybe some other small essentials in the kitchen area but this did not so we had to buy some as we didn't bring our own. Wrong assumption on my part.

Loved the view from the back deck and master bedroom. Perfect location to access the beach and sound.

Very xlean with all the amenities.There was a regular coffee brewer amd a Kuerig. Complimentary waffelsa and popsicles were a vwr6 nice touch. I did not have to bring my own linens. If i were to have forgotten shampoo, conditioner, or body soap, they had it covered with minis. The dexor was pleasing and the home was spotless. The walk to the beach access was not too horrible on my old bones.

This property was as described. It has a beautiful view of both the ocean and the sound. Right across from the pool as well. Enjoyable place to stay.

The view from the master bedroom and the porch are amazing. Loved the patio furniture.

This home had most everything our family needed. We are an easy-going family, and we enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the loft area to hang out. The back deck is a nice place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The very short walk to the beach which was wonderful. The pool was enjoyed by the entire family as well. Kitchen had what we needed for the week. The only negative about this home was that the queen size bed was the most awful sleep experience I have had. So awful that we dreaded to go to bed due to the uncomfortableness of the mattress, and the constant squeaking noise. Even with the bed issue, we would stay at this home again.

The location of this property is great as you can enjoy natural sand dunes with vegetation with a view of the ocean. There is private beach access for the complex, not specifically for this property. The property was merely ok. Kitchen has rotting wood present throughout as well as cockroaches. All furnishings are extremely out of date and some of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever witnessed to the point there were unusable. TVs were so small - this is unacceptable in 2024 where you can pickup a 55” TV for a few hundred dollars. The loft was dangerous and the mattress there was nothing more than a very used uncomfortable futon mattress. The railing in the loft area was poorly attached and I kept my kids from using it as to not get hurt. No grill to use outdoors and overall, I would not book this property again.

Lovely property south end of Topsail Island overlooking the dunes, ocean and sound. Party of five adults fit comfortably. Well appointed kitchen, deck and living spaces . Pool across the street or five minute walk to either the beach or sound.
