Ocean and waterway-view duplex - pool, beach access, washer/dryer, central AC

We love the property. Had trouble with the keyless door pad. But after a few calls they remotely changed the code and we were able to get into the property. The next day late afternoon we discovered we had no hot water. Called the emergency # and they got Will to call us to try to resolve the issue. He was great! Came out about 8pm and determined it needed a new thermostat. Offered to go to Lowe’s, but that was 1/2 hour away. Told him to wait till morning. He came back at 9 the next morning and took about 15 mins to fix! We were back in business!! Everyone we spoke with and Will were polite and very helpful! Even with the hiccups we really enjoyed our stay! One last thing, the door had a sticker on it with the number of the previous management company, which we called when we couldn’t make the keyless pad work. They were very nice and told us they no longer handled that property. Might want to remove that sticker!!

Great property. Management could leave more than 2 dishwasher pods and trash bags. Otherwise so nice.

The home is lovely. We have never stayed so far south on the island and we loved it. The view is stunning.

Yes the kitchen was fully equipped and it did have a good ocean view with no people

The serene atmosphere, the gorgeous beach and colors of the ocean. Loved how uncrowded it is. People I did meet were so friendly. It was like being in “coastal Mayberry” lol

House was great for 4 of us. The loft bed isn't private at all and I'm glad we didn't have to utilize the pull out sofa which would have made things really cramped but for the 4 of us it was ideal. Vacasa had great customer service throughout. The one 'complaint' is that nearly all other VRBOs and rentals we've used typically have leftover salt/pepper and maybe some other small essentials in the kitchen area but this did not so we had to buy some as we didn't bring our own. Wrong assumption on my part.

Loved the view from the back deck and master bedroom. Perfect location to access the beach and sound.

Very xlean with all the amenities.There was a regular coffee brewer amd a Kuerig. Complimentary waffelsa and popsicles were a vwr6 nice touch. I did not have to bring my own linens. If i were to have forgotten shampoo, conditioner, or body soap, they had it covered with minis. The dexor was pleasing and the home was spotless. The walk to the beach access was not too horrible on my old bones.

This property was as described. It has a beautiful view of both the ocean and the sound. Right across from the pool as well. Enjoyable place to stay.

The view from the master bedroom and the porch are amazing. Loved the patio furniture.
