Parking for total of up-to 5 cars: 2-3 cars on driveway in addition to 2 street-parking-permits for total of 5 cars.Optional additional weekly/daily paid street parking available for purchase at the town hall. Fresh LINEN provided. Bring your own towels. 2-blocks to restaurants and entertainments. Saturday-to-Saturday rentals is preferred due to weekly cleaning schedule. Our House Cleaners put fresh sheets on all beds as part of cleaning service. Guests need to bring Towels and house supplies. NO PETS.

*NOTE* : Please provide some info about your group when booking. We require guests to consist of no more than 4 unrelated groups with principle's minimum age of 24. A rental agreement will be mailed to guest's US address which has to be signed and returned with payment in order to finalize your booking.

House Floor Plan:
- ground floor: The entry foyer opens to the bunk-room (BR4) which connects thru a hallway (with full-bath & laundry closet) to the back bedroom (BR3) which has a sliding glass door to the ground-level deck. Please note that to get to BR3 you have to walk thru the bunk bedroom or from outside deck thru the sliding glass door.
- 2nd floor: Living area with kitchen and powder room and deck area.
- 3rd floor: Bedroom1 and Bedroom2 each with en-suite baths. Each bedroom has sliding glass door to 3rd-level deck with spiral staircase to the rooftop deck.
- There is also an out door hot-water-shower and the beach chair closet and grill on the back.
