'Océan Ouest - Domaine Des Landes' with Shared Pool and Private Terrace, Shared Garden

Located in the peaceful countryside of the Landes, this detached, single-storey house of 55 m² offers a relaxing retreat for families or small groups. Set on a wooded, fully fenced one-hectare property, it combines nature, comfort, and leisure, just 20 to 25 minutes from the beaches of Contis and Cap de l’Homy, as well as the lakes of Arjuzanx and Léon.



Layout and Features

The holiday home includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a windowlesscabin-style bedroom with bunk beds (2x90 cm), a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a bright living area with a sofa bed and television.



The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and utensils.



A welcome kit is provided: trash bag, toilet paper roll, soap, wipes, sponge, and a sachet of dishwashing liquid (no tea towel). Baby bed and high chair available on request and subject to availability.



Outdoor Comfort

You will enjoy a private terrace with garden table, armchair, and charcoal barbecue.



Guests have access to a shared wooded park, a swimming pool (June-September, 9:30 am-8:30 pm), a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court.

Accommodation suitable for motorbikes and non-smoking. Pets allowed on request (additional fees apply).

Bed linen and towels can be rented (on request and subject to availability). End-of-stay cleaning service optional.
