Stayed Jul 10, 2025Communication with the owner was very good, and he was responsive to an issue that came up during my stay. The properly was nice and an good shape. The only negative was that some of the house rules were a bit over the top.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025The place was amazing. We were a mile (easy walk) to downtown and falls area (a little further to get to actual falls). We had tons of room. Owner controls A/C remotely, but we were always comfortably cool. There are some other house rules like... no shoes inside and no frying foods in oil... that you should know ahead of time, but make sense in terms of keeping the place so clean. Would definitely want to stay here again if we return to Sioux Falls. Location, location, location! Alex was great!

Stayed Jul 31, 2020My family was traveling to Sioux Falls and we had members coming from all directions. This house was perfect for our group. We were able to create a ‘home’ atmosphere that a hotel cannot offer. Alex was very easy to work with and super accommodating. The location was also ideal being close to Falls Park, the Cathedral and only minutes away from the outdoor activities we wanted to do.
