Our walk score of 94 means that you can park your car upon arrival in your reserved spot and walk to the Pearl Street Mall with 100’s of local shops and restaurants, 29th Street Mall for shopping, dining and a movie, the CU Boulder campus and Folsom Stadium, the Boulder Farmer’s Market, parks, hiking trails, biking trails and much more.

You will enjoy high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, goose-down filled comforters and pillows, wool and silk rugs, electric window coverings, memory-foam mattresses with an adjustable bed frame, digital cable, Sonos sound system with in-wall speakers, in-floor radiant heat and an electric fireplace for a quick warm up and a bit of ambiance in the winter.
