Stayed Apr 3, 2021The island estate was an excellent spring break rental for physical distancing from the crowds on Clearwater beach. We wanted a heated pool with good views. We had amazing views of the sound/bay and enjoyed the heated outdoor hot tub and pool. My son windsurfed from the dock. The sound/bay is good for SUP or kayak. While the water is safe for swimming there are too many boats and jet skis for swimming. On a high note, we saw a Manatee from the dock. The Kitchen is better stocked than most. The outdoor kitchen area is excellent and the grill is new. We spent all of the time outside by the pool or riding bikes over to the beach. Since this is a new rental there are two rooms are not furnished, we would not have used those rooms anyway, a dining room and living room. The bedrooms are nice and the beds were comfortable, but the pillows could have been better. The property manager was amazing and brought us beach towels on Easter morning. The owner was very helpful in check in process and trouble shooting any issues that arose during our vacation.

Stayed Mar 27, 2021My family rented this place for the week of spring break. What a beautiful home! Right on the water and the back yard really does feel like a resort. Close to all the action in Clearwater Beach but the neighborhood is quaint and lovely. The property owner was helpful with all the questions we had and my two kids (6 and 9) did not want to leave. Highly recommend!
