The home was nice however quite a few things were broken. It is time for a significant remodeling. The host was very nice and responsive. The location is outstanding.

We had a great time. House is great and view is fabulous. Recommend adding more curtains in the third floor master so you can sleep in on vacation.

We had plenty of privacy and it was quiet! We will definitely book this house again!

The house is well maintained and well equipped and the view of the beach and ocean are spectacular. No one in our party had any complaints and the carriage house allowed us plenty of room for our nine adults and four children.

Quick walk or bike ride to everything we desired during the week...The staff at 30A were very responsive and delightful - would definitely stay here again!

We loved that the 4 main bedrooms had king beds and en suites. The main house bunk room actually sleeps 4 - it has a small trundle too. (Really great bunk room for kids!) There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. In the kitchen, you will need spices because the house is not stocked with them. I would also suggest at least one more bar stool at the kitchen island. There are 3 but it could use more for a house that size. The management co. was fantastic! We had a couple of small issues (as you will with all houses) and the management co went above and beyond in promptly responding to make sure things were taken care of. (Really great staff!) Overall, a wonderful Spring Break for us! Thanks for the sweet memories!
