Stayed Sep 14, 2025Another great stay in Oakridge! See my comments from June 2021. There are some nice additions from 4 years ago: A new AC unit in the master BR, a snack tray, and the new mattresses are very comfortable! The owners were very helpful, even offering to provide us with some DVDs during a brief Internet outage in town.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We had a great stay during a 4 day mountain biking trip and would definitely consider coming back. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The home was very clean and the location was also very good -- a few minutes drive from old town Oakridge, in a quiet neighborhood. Our only issue of note was that the bedroom with two twin beds is not within proximity to be well cooled by the air conditioning unit in the living room. Otherwise, we enjoyed staying at the home and would certainly stay again, especially if visiting outside the hottest days of summer or if we didn't need those extra beds.

Stayed Jan 31, 2024This was the first time in 20 years that both my sons and I were all together. This house was the best place to experience that. It is old fashioned comfortable. That means it was the perfect place for a soothing and comforting time. The owners make sure that you have all the little extras. We just loved this place. I have spoken to other family members about it and they have expressed an interest in going there. To the owners, Thank you so much for the obvious effort that you put into the place.

House was very clean, and had everything we needed to bake our cookies for Santa, and have a holiday meal at the table. Host had great communication, and made sure our stay went very well. Highly recommend! I love the pet friendliness!

Stayed Oct 7, 2022The house was lovely. It had everything I needed for a weekend away from home. It was very clean, and had a lot of games and toys to keep my 6 year old nephew entertained. I cooked dinner for my family from out of town, with all provided kitchen equipment, and we had a lovely time. Property owner had great communication, and was super accommodating to allow my exotic critters (rabbit and chinchilla) to stay! I would love to stay again. Definitely recommend this house.

Stayed Jun 29, 2021The air conditioner does not cool the whole home, only the portion that is near the wall mounted unit. We opened windows to facilitate cooling at night to sleep, which was sufficient. Kitchen was well stoked, had everything we needed. There was a very strong, almost overpowering scent of some type of cleanser (maybe Pinesol) upon our arrival, we did ventilate the interior to help reduce it. We always have a good time in Oakridge!
