Oak Ridge Retreat w/ Porch < 1 Mi to Downtown

Great communication, well stocked, and overall a great experience.

Second year in a row! Love everything about this property. Feels like coming home!For parents of rowers, this home was a great place to return to at the end of a day at the lake. We used the oven to bake for the team and the washer and dryer to give our son fresh uniforms.The neighborhood is always quiet and close to everything. We’ll be back again next year!

Cute little house. We loved that this place had a crib and high chair and lots of kids toys. It made traveling with our kids so much easier. The place was clean and had lots of blankets. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were 3 sisters with families, our youngest being 23 months. This home was a great house for us!! We loved the play room loaded with toys for our toddler and the screened porch and big family room for the adults. We would definitely rent here again.

Stayed here for a wedding in the area. Very much appreciated toys and games for kids. Porch very relaxing. Kitchen well stocked with condiments, coffee, etc. Very easy communication with host. Issue with dishwasher immediately managed by host. Kitchen draws and closets helpfully labelled. Everything functional.

Such a cute place! Clean and comfy and well stocked with supplies. Beds were comfortable and a quiet location. Owner reached out prior to getting the property just to let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

The house was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen had extras that most VRBO's don't have. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again if ever in the area.

As our second stay in this nice home we were as comfortable as if we were home. It’s so comforting to know there will be well stocked essentials in the bathrooms, bedrooms, and living area. We plan to stay here whenever we visit our daughter and her family!

House was extremely tidy. All appliances were easy to use and up to date. Neighborhood was quiet. Wifi consistent. Beds comfortable. Clean, clean, clean.

This property was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially nice!Jennifer was awesome to work with too! She texted me before I arrived which felt welcoming and she had a binder full of local info.Rowing families coming to the area, this home was so conveniently located and the ability to shower, eat, do laundry, etc. in a nice place was so helpful. Last year we stayed at a hotel and I’ll never do that again. We will stay here in this home!It was raining the day we were due to leave and Jennifer accommodated us with a late check out to freshen up which was so appreciated before we began our trip home.I’m glad we found this place, we’ll be back!

We was there to do a job for a business in the area. We brought everything that we needed however everything was fully equipped with what we needed if we was to have had to need it. The stay was so amazing we was only 3 minutes away from our location. I would definitely recommend someone to stay there

Great space near family for Christmas.

Extremely clean - we basically ate breakfast - left & rode all day and came back to house to a great crockpot supper, showers, and comfey beds. Loved the large sofa and large tv, everything we could have possibly need was there. Highly recommend it.

This is one of the original C houses from the 1940's and the Secret City days when uranium was being enriched for the atomic bomb. It is central to everything worth seeing - most museums and stores within 2 miles of the house. The house was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The Roku was included, but it took a little work getting the system to work - you have to talk to it after pushing on the microphone button on the remote. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. When we asked if there was a floor fan we could use, one was delivered same day by Walmart. Very nice neighbors, too. We could not asked for a pleasanter place to stay.
