NW Austin Family Home Near The Domain, Fenced Yard

SLEEPING & BATHS
Four bedrooms sleep up to 11. The loft has a twin-over-full bunk bed plus board games and a large play mat. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The master has a king bed, its own door out to the backyard, and a guest closet with hangers. A full-size pull-out sofa in the living room adds another sleeping option. Two full bathrooms: a hall bath with a step-in tub, and a master bath with Jack-and-Jill sinks and a step-in shower.

LIVING SPACE
Bay windows fill themain living area with natural light. There's a large couch, a full-size pull-out sofa, and throw blankets for movie nights on the Art Frame TV with Apple TV, plus a hanging chair tucked under the stairs. Spectrum wifi covers the house, with a laptop-friendly workspace for anyone working remotely.

KITCHEN
Equipped for real cooking, not just reheating: electric range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven. The coffee station has a Keurig with a frother (there is no drip coffee maker). The pantry is stocked with basic seasonings, olive oil, oven mitts, and cookware, and the kitchen has glassware, mugs, kids' cups, and dinnerware on hand. Washer and dryer are located in the garage.

OUTDOOR
The fenced backyard has a large deck strung with bistro lights, a fire pit table, and two rocking chairs. There's a gate to the yard and a doggy door built into the home. The driveway comfortably parks around four cars, with additional space in the garage.

Guests have the whole house, the fenced backyard and deck, the driveway, and the right-side garage bay.

A few areas are reserved for the owners: the left-side garage bay, the closet in the loft, and the closet in the master bedroom. These stay locked.

The entry closet holds the vacuum, broom, mop, and cleaning supplies — please help yourself to those during your stay.

We won’t be available in person and prefer communicating through the booking app. We monitor messages and are available remotely if you need help during your stay.

ACCESS & CHECK-IN
Check-in is self-service via a smart lock on the front door — no need to coordinate a meet-up, so you can come and go on your own schedule. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Guests use the right-side garage bay; the left bay is reserved for the owners.

A NOTE ON SAFETY
This home has an exterior security camera (video doorbell) at the front entrance. It records the immediate entryway only — there is no audio or video recording inside the home or in the backyard.

GOOD TO KNOW
The fireplace in the living room is a decorative feature and is not in service for guest use. The loft closet and the master bedroom closet are locked owner storage and aren't available to guests. The add-on dining room has its own mini-split unit with a separate control from the main thermostat.
