This beautiful bay-fronted cottage perched above Brixham harbour creates a gorgeous getaway for holidays in one of South Devon’s best coastal towns. Being just a stone’s throw from the heart of the town, Number Eleven has it all. A superb refurbishment and wonderful views mean you’ll be completely comfortable, and be just a short walk from the seafront, shops and restaurants. The ground-floor sitting room has a big bay window and log-burner, while three bedrooms are on the top two floors.

We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay.     We had a fantastic week at No 11. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished and in a great location to enjoy the views over the harbour and to walk into the town/ to the waterfront. We loved sitting on the front terrace in the evening sun and watching the world go by. Brixham is a great place to stay and we did not use the car all week- walking to nearby beaches/ coves/ towns and using the local cheap and regular bus service. The perfect place to relax and unwind on holiday! Highly recommended! We hope to be back.

    We enjoyed our time at number 11. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We loved the views over the harbour and made use of the log fire. The children enjoyed playing the board games provided. It's only a few minutes walk to the town and harbour down the steep steps, quite an effort getting back up but worth it for the views. It would recommend the house and would visit again.

    Very welcoming stay from Phillipa. The house is very nicely decorated and felt fresh and clean. It's a bit of a tardis inside, with a big master bedroom and lots of space in the lounge/dining area. The views are really incredible, you're looking right over the harbour, the town and out to sea. Was a great place to stay whilst visiting family in Torbay.
